Simple on the surface, but when you sit with it, there’s usually something deeper underneath. We talk about power animals and symbolism here, so let’s take this one step further in this fun exercise! Today is a rainy day but I still hear the birds chirping away outside my window. Yesterday, I was able to get out and enjoy time with friends and then a little nature break before heading home. Nature is a great place to quiet the mind, the nervous system and receive information from your team, your ancestors, your loved ones, your creator. Have you enjoyed time in nature this week? Archangel Michael is my number one go-to. Protector, truth-teller, cord-cutter… steady, strong, and clear - daily, multiple times a day sometimes! I call on him every morning before meditation, every night in prayer, and anytime I’m holding space for the people I love. He’s the energy I lean into when I want to feel grounded, protected, and fully in my truth. I also work with him in a way I call “bubbling up.” I visualize a protective bubble of light around whoever I’m focusing on… my husband when he’s cycling, my kids, my clients, myself after energy hygiene… even the walkers, runners, and yes, those kids on e-bikes who could use a little extra awareness.
