1 Minute Nature Break - Bird Song & Full Moon
Sometimes we don’t take the time to stop and breathe and just be. Take a minute today whenever you are at and pause - allow the breath the flow, the eyes to wander, the soul to enjoy. I woke up with the full moon and bird song outside my window so decided to make it an early morning adventure but first… the pause. 1 minute nature break… If you feel called to share - share your pause with us! What was the experience like? Did you feel one with everything surrounding you? Did it feel like time stood still? Or did the mind keep going with the task list? It’s ok if it did! Practice helps. 😀🌕

Expanding Awareness Through New Experiences
New experiences expand the mind in ways we don’t always expect. Today started pretty standard for me… kickboxing and resistance training for about an hour, then home to shower, dry my hair (saving future me some time), and brunch with my husband. Then he threw out a curveball… massages and red light therapy at his gym and then brunch. Now… I’m not exactly a “gym person,” even though I show up for kickboxing at a kickboxing studio. So there was a little hesitation. But also that little voice… what the heck, try something new. Um… yes please. The massage chair was legit. Full body, working up the legs, into the glutes, lower back, upper back, and back down again. I closed my eyes, didn’t touch my phone (except for the pic), didn’t try to multitask. Just… felt my body. Noticed where I was holding tension. Let it move. And I had time to go a second round. ;-) Then red light therapy. I’ve heard about it, but never tried it. Definitely forgot eye protection, so lesson learned for next time. But the warmth… it hit my skin and slowly worked its way in. I noticed my breath deepen without trying. Like my body was asking for release and finally getting it. Nothing wildly out of the ordinary. But just enough of a shift to bring me back into my body. Grounded. Present. Appreciative. Sometimes it’s not about big, dramatic changes. It’s about small moments that reconnect you. What new experiences have you had this week? Big, small, or somewhere in between… what nudged you just enough out of your comfort zone to see or feel something a little differently?

What Animal Is Calling You?
I saw a question today I enjoyed and thought this would be great for all of us! If you could choose to be any animal, what would you be? Simple on the surface, but when you sit with it, there’s usually something deeper underneath. We talk about power animals and symbolism here, so let’s take this one step further in this fun exercise! Take a breath, settle in, and ask yourself. If I could be any animal for a moment, an hour, a day, or a lifetime, what would I choose? Let the first one that comes through be the answer. Don't overthink it! Drop your animal in the comments. I’ll share a little insight into what that energy may be bringing forward for you right now.

Crystals
Anyone here into crystals? I brought this deck with me to an event yesterday and forgot how much people love crystals and the messages that come with them. It was fun to bring this deck back out and play a bit. If you’re interested in a crystal reading, drop a GIF in the comments and set the intention: “What crystal should I connect with this week?” I’ll be pulling and sharing them this week as the GIFs come through 😀✨❤️

Runes: The “Say It Like It Is” Tool
We’ve explored a little Tarot, Oracle, pendulums, dowsing rods… (and of course, if you want to go deeper, there are courses waiting for you in the Classroom!) Now it’s time to bring another tool into the space: Runes. Runes are an ancient Norse system, often connected to the wisdom of Odin. Typically you will see these on a white stone or bone, but I prefer crystals. Unlike Tarot, which invites layers of symbolism and intuitive storytelling, Runes are more direct. The message is what it is. Clear. Grounded. For my fellow overthinkers… this might feel like a breath of fresh air. A friend of mine introduced me to Runes. He’s very matter-of-fact, and this tool fits him perfectly. No interpretation, no “what could this mean?”- simply the message. We spent an afternoon asking questions and pulling runes, and honestly… it was such a fun and different way to connect. It was also one of the ways we tapped into the energy of Odin. And comically enough, it was on a Wednesday… Odin’s Day. Of course, I ended up getting my own set (because… of course I did 😄) and have brought them to a few gatherings. But I realized not many people are familiar with them yet. I pulled two runes for us today - to get you acquainted (should you be of interest!): Signals and Strength. - Signals is all about awareness. Pay attention to what’s coming through right now - signs, synchronicities, repeating thoughts, conversations that feel a little too aligned to be random. This rune is a nudge to notice. Not everything needs to be overanalyzed… but it does need to be seen. - It also speaks to communication. What you’re asking for is being answered - but are you open to receiving it in a way that may look different than expected? - Strength brings in grounded power. Not force. Not control. This is inner resilience. The quiet kind. The kind that doesn’t need to prove anything. Together, these two feel like: You’re being guided… and you’re strong enough to trust it. Curious… have you ever worked with Runes before? Or would this be your first time exploring them?
