Sacred Guide Series: Saint Patrick ☘️
Today, on Saint Patrick’s Day, it felt fitting to pause and look at him not just through tradition - but as a sacred guide of transformation, protection, and faith in action. Saint Patrick is often associated with driving the snakes out of Ireland, but symbolically, this can represent clearing out fear, old patterns, and anything that keeps us disconnected from our truth. - Fun fact: There were actually no snakes in Ireland - so this story is believed to be symbolic. A reminder that what we’re called to “clear out” in our own lives is often internal, not external. He reminds us that: - You can return to your path - even after being lost - Your voice and beliefs matter, even in unfamiliar spaces - Faith doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful The shamrock he used to teach unity carries layered meaning. Traditionally, it was used to explain the Holy Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) - three parts, one whole. But the number three was already sacred in Celtic pagan traditions, representing cycles like land, sea, and sky or life, death, and rebirth - making the shamrock a bridge between spiritual paths. It also reflects a universal truth of mind, body, and spirit alignment, reminding us that everything is connected. Today can be less about luck… and more about alignment, protection, and walking your path with quiet strength. If Saint Patrick were a guide walking alongside you today, the message might be: “Stand grounded in who you are. Release what no longer belongs. Trust the path you are being led on.” May today bring a sense of peace, clarity, and maybe a little magic along the way ☘️

Sacred Guide Series: Jesus
I was guided to pull a card this morning from the Loving Words from Jesus deck, and this message came forward: "Love one another as I have loved you." — John 13:34 For some people, the name Jesus can carry complicated feelings because of past experiences with organized religion. I completely understand that, and many of us in this community have walked that path in different ways. When I reflect on Jesus as a sacred guide, I look through the lens of love and compassion - what many people today call "Christ Consciousness" - the practice of meeting the world with empathy, forgiveness, and care for one another. At its core, this message is simple and universal: Love others. Lead with compassion. Treat people the way the way you would like to be treated. This was a great card to have pulled in my opinion as it invites us to show up in the world with a little more kindness and a little more heart. May today bring you moments of joy, and may you share that joy with the world.
