Andrew Moss, Canada 🇨🇦 Walks in nature and long runs Learning to... allow for rest. 🏄‍♀️ Meditation (especially while moving in nature) has allowed me to have the conversations I've needed to have with myself.

Daily Journal Practice
Here's where my day starts... After 13 months of this practice, I wake with an empty mind, excited to sit down with my journal (and cup of cofffee), to create my day from scratch. I write out the template for my journal, then take a few minutes to enjoy my morning coffee and listen to some relaxing music ... Within a few minutes, I'm writing and describing the day I intend to create.

@Andrea Leslie shared something really beautiful in today’s session like starting the day with a simple, conscious intention: “Today, I’m going to show up loving, kind, compassionate, and calm.” What makes this so powerful is bringing that awareness into our everyday interactions and noticing the impact it has when we intentionally return to that thought throughout the day. It becomes a practice of presence, not perfection. 💛 💬 Reflection for the community: What intention do you want to carry with you as you move through your day today? Love this message (and am excited to join next week's session)... Similar to @Andrea Leslie, my day starts with setting the energy/emotional intentions for my day. I use my journal and start with a daily overall intention, and a few key words for the six core areas of my life: Health, Self, Love, Impact, Family, Wealth As a daily practice before the day unfolds, I can prime myself for whatever I know the day has in store, plus anything that might come along as a surprise :-) Appreciate this space and @Gurminder Banga for creating it.
