Ok, so this is a bit off topic, but in a way, still related. lol. Monday, I get a phone call for a cake order at work. Customer proceeds to tell me the message for cake “Happy 60th birthday, Phil”. After I get all the info needed on what colors, message, decorations, etc. I ask customer her name. She tells me Vischer. I get all excited at this moment and say “Wait! Phil! As in Phil Vischer, creator of the cartoon movies, “VeggieTales”? Customer laughs, and replies “yes! I can’t believe you remember that!” I explained that My daughter LOVED VeggieTales growing up. So at this point, the customer changes her mind somewhat on the cake and told me to have fun with it since I knew some about her son’s personality. Her original plan was Fireworks since he loves fire works and his birthday is on the Fourth of July. So this is what I came up with! I hope he likes my attempt at recreating his characters celebrating the Fourth of July and his birthday! Just an FYI, I added the leaves to tomato after I took photo. While looking at photo, I realized I forgot them so added them on. lol. May not be about our gardens but it does have veggies on it. Just wanted to share my excitement and creativity. lol.

Hi, I got a rhubarb plant last year, it grew well in a pot and i didn't pick any to let it establish. This year it wasn't growing as well so I put it in the ground maybe a couple of months or so ago. It's now huge! Do you think I'm ok to pick some this year as long as I don't take too many?
