7day challenge of writing journal : Day 1
Date: 20 Dec 2026 Day: Saturday *One thing I want to remember about today:* I started my day feeling very positive after Fajr, Despite body pain and flu, I still showed up for learning and reflection. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Wake-up: 6:30 AM Sleep time: 1:30 am What data will I look up after a month or year? 1.My consistency with journaling and learning 2.Early thoughts and research on a jewelry business idea 3.My emotional reactions and health patterns Reminders: No one can waste my time except me. Small wins lead to big results. Don’t overwhelm myself; use the 2-minute rule. Focus on one main thing each day. The way I do one thing is the way I do everything. Day Start Section *Most Important 1–3 Tasks:* ○Attend ,revise “Rewire Your Brain” lecture and post notes in community ○Journal writing and self-reflection ○Laser appointment *What I don’t want to do today:* Excessive scrolling Mindless YouTube reels Diet Breakfast: 10 40 -11am Paratha, anda (egg), chai (with family) 1 40 pm Snack: Leftover fries, small piece of chicken, small sandwich piece 5pm Lunch :( kafi late hogya) Keema roti, chai 7 40: chay with joshanda Dinner: Half nan ,kema ,boil egg *Day Flow / Timeline* 6:30 AM: Woke up, prayed Fajr namaz, drank warm water, took collagen tablets, did tasbeeh, checked the Skool app — felt very positive. 8:00 – 10:20 AM: Rested. Felt body pain and flu symptoms. Watched one journal review video but did not complete it. 12:30 – 1:00 PM: Rested, checked the weather, watched two YouTube reels, searched for postal office timings, and called them because they have my order, but they did not answer. 1:15 – 1:30 PM: Prayed Zuhr namaz. 1:30 – 1:50 PM: Checked community posts and uploaded my notes on “Avoid Mistakes in Learning.”

Kuch time phely mai ny yeh hades padhi thi,or muj lgta is mai humy journally karny ka hi kha gya hai,or iski importance batati hai.

DAILY JOURNAL - Day 4- 19 December 2025 (Thursday)
Date: 19-12-2025 Day: Thursday Sleep Log - Slept at: 4:00 AM  - Woke up at: 10:00 AM  - Total sleep time: 6 hours  Action Log 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM - Had breakfast  - Took medicine (suffering from cough n flu)  -  Took some rest  12:30 PM – 10:00 PM - Offered Zohar, Asar, Maghrib and Isha prayers  - Had lunch  - Limited engagement in the community  - Tried to watch classroom videos but couldn’t concentrate due to brain fog  - Due to fever, cough, and flu, my entire routine was disturbed  - Went to bed at 10:00pm but had restless sleep due to fever, cough and flu  - Went to bed at 10:00 PM, but sleep remained restless because of fever and coughing.  Wins of the Day - Managed to offer all prayers despite being unwell  Mistakes / Challenges - Did not use a mask while visiting the hospital with my mom and caught a viral flu  - Very limited engagement in the community due to health condition  Reflection Today was physically exhausting and mentally foggy due to illness. I realized how important health is for maintaining consistency and focus. Even though productivity was low, I’m grateful that I stayed connected spiritually and didn’t completely give up. This phase reminds me to slow down, recover properly, and return stronger instead of forcing myself when my body needs to rest. Tomorrow’s Intention - Focus on recovery and health first  - Take proper rest and complete medication  - Light engagement in the community, if health allows  - Revisit classroom videos slowly once concentration improves  - Be kind to myself and avoid guilt over slow progress

Today I did something 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. Not as motivation. Not as theory. I actually lived it. There are moments when people 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮, or makes you feel completely alone. It can happen in business, job, relationships, or when things are simply 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘆. That phase hurts deeply. You feel lonely. Sad. Lost. Kuch bhi acha nahi lagta then you feel like you’re 𝒃𝒓𝐨𝐤𝐞. 💔 At that point, you have to 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆. ➤ 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲. Stand in front of a mirror. Look at the person in front of you. That person is your 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝 — the one who will 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖, never ditch you, never abandon you. ➤ 𝐖𝐨𝐡 𝐤𝐨𝐢 𝐚𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐡𝐢 — 𝐰𝐨𝐡 𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐤𝐡𝐮𝐝 𝐡𝐨.🪞 Trust me, when you do this 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍, not just read it, something shifts inside you. You start feeling 𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁. A quiet strength. A calm courage Because now, you’re no longer waiting for someone else to save you. ◆You become your 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦. ◆You become your 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝. ◆You become your 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭. ➤ 𝐀𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐚𝐛 𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐤𝐡𝐮𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐧𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐨 𝐧𝐚, you’re already strong 💪 If you make this a 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, the word “𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲” slowly stops existing for you. You realize — 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. 🌺Believe in Allah & Yourself 𝑩𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒍𝒚...
