Yes definitely coach Chris ! Everyone has struggled with or without something ! Exercise and fitness go together like so many things exspecially positivity and a reset ! Reset is absolutely necessary at least 2times a year redirect focus and journal your results good or bad press on finish this race you got what it takes jump on board
