What I'm Focusing On With My Funnel This Month (Sharing My Rhythm)
Every December I pick one thing to move the business forward. Something I learned from high-performance coaching: One outcome + two habits = predictable momentum. Sharing this rhythm here in case it helps someone else building funnels this month. STEP 1: Pick ONE Funnel Outcome Examples: Finish your lead magnet Build a page you’ve been avoiding Write your VSL Create your offer stack Build your email sequence Get your funnel to ready to publish Just pick one... STEP 2: Pick TWO Funnel Habits Examples: 10 minutes of copy Build one section per day One funnel block per day Read 1 page of DotCom Secrets Test something (only one thing) every morning One offer tweak Two habits that remove friction and make the funnel inevitable. Want to Roll With Me On This Momentum Building Excercise while other's are in holiday mode? Drop below: 1️⃣ Your ONE funnel outcome 2️⃣ Your TWO daily funnel habits Day 3 coming tomorrow.

BOUNDARIES build momentum!
There’s one night I’ll never forget. It was 2:47 AM. I remember the exact time, because the only light in the whole room was the cold glow of my screen. Everything else was silent. Unfinished projects everywhere. A notebook full of ideas. And an empty cup of coffee — sitting there like a reminder of a long day and an even longer search. And me? Sitting with that heavy feeling in my chest, realizing I had lived this exact night a hundred times before. It wasn’t exhaustion. It was truth catching up with me: This was the same cycle all over again. A huge wave of motivation… a burst of productivity… the “I’m finally back on track” high… and then — the drop. Silence. Pause. Reset. A perfect sinus curve. And every time I told myself the same lie: “I just need to feel that spark again.” But that night… as I stared at the half-finished plans spread across the table, one thought cut through everything: “I don’t need more hype. I need rhythm.” It wasn’t dramatic. It was a quiet punch to the gut. Motivation never betrayed me. My boundaries did. Because consistency isn’t intensity. Consistency is returning. Returning to the path, returning to the plan, returning to the identity you’re trying to build… especially on nights like that, dark, silent, brutally honest. That night taught me something I should have understood long ago: Hype starts the work. Rhythm finishes it. And if you’ve ever lived your own version of that 2:47 AM moment, you know exactly what I’m talking about. So here’s the question that changes everything: What is ONE boundary you can set today that will protect your rhythm from breaking again?

@Marek Rabcan it is fear of not doing it correctly. I overthink too much. I need to remember that it is better to launch an imperfect pitch than never launching anything. Imperfection is the step that helps you grow!
Who are YOU?
The more time I spend in online world, the more I realize something I never expected: Strategy only works when the person behind it is aligned. Funnels matter. Offers matter. Messaging matters. But at the end of the day… who you are when you build shapes everything that comes out of it. And I learned that the hard way. I’m not writing this as someone who has all the answers. I’m writing it as someone who tried fixing everything outside his business… …before ever looking inward. I rebuilt funnels that weren’t broken. Tweaked offers that didn’t need tweaking. Jumped from idea to idea, hoping the next thing would finally “unlock” the results I wanted. And here’s what kept confusing me: Two people could run the same strategy, same challenge, same funnel, same steps… One grows fast. The other stays stuck. And for a long time, I thought it was skill. Or timing. Or maybe just luck. But then I started being honest with myself… It wasn’t the strategy that was misaligned. It was me. I was building from pressure. From comparison. From wanting things to work now, instead of building from who I really was. Once I slowed down and got more grounded in my own identity, things didn’t magically transform, but they finally made sense. My decisions got clearer. My message felt more natural. My work stopped feeling like a performance. And I started showing up with less force, and more truth. So I’m curious — because this question shifted a lot for me: Who are YOU… when the noise fades, and you’re simply showing up as yourself? If you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear it.

The Quiet Funnel-Building Advantage Almost No One Talks About
Ever noticed how the tech isn't what slows funnel builders down… it's the blank canvas? The empty landing page. The empty opt-in layout. The empty bonus section. The "Where does this block even go?" moment. And that single moment has killed more funnels than bad copy ever will. Last week I tested something strange. I asked one of my GPTs to design the entire funnel layout for me. Spacing, section flow, visual hierarchy, what goes above the fold, how the page should feel. Not code. Not a template. Not a plugin. Just a clean, conversion ready structure I could drop straight into my funnel builder. Within seconds, it generated the full layout. No staring at a blank page. No second guessing the order of sections. No wondering "Does this look like a real funnel page?" And it reminded me of something I've seen over and over with a lot of funnel builders… People aren't stuck because they lack funnel strategy. They're stuck because they lack structure on demand. And AI gives you that structure instantly. Here's the shift: 👉 AI isn't just for copy. It can be a funnel design partner too... It can map out: Your opt-in page Your lead magnet layout Your bridge page Your OTO structure Your bonus stack Your entire funnel flow even (when pre-trained properly) When you remove the visual guesswork, everything becomes easier. Your pages feel premium. Your sections make sense. Your funnel looks intentional. Your build time gets cut in half (or less than that). Your confidence goes up. Your whole nervous system relaxes. This is why the best funnel builders are leaning into AI… Because it frees them from the part that drains the most energy. "where do I even start?" phase. Your energy shifts from "I hope this converts…" to "I know exactly what I'm building next." And for a funnel builder, that shift changes everything. I'm curious as usual... 👉 Which part of your funnel would feel instantly lighter if AI handled the structure for you? Your opt-in? Your OTO? Your bonus stack?

It is so amazing what it can do!
THE FLOW 💫
My raw story. Short and direct. I did everything “right.” I worked hard every single day. And still… nothing moved. I remember the moment I asked myself one simple question: “If this is the right path… ...why does none of it feel right?” And in that moment, everything became clear: The problem wasn’t my discipline. The problem was my direction. When you’re walking the wrong way, hard work won’t save you, it only exhausts you faster. And when you’re walking the right way, life stops resisting you. That’s flow. Not a feeling. Not motivation. But a natural rise in performance because you’re finally doing something that aligns with you. No vision = no direction. No direction = no flow. And without flow, every day feels heavier than it should. This realization changed everything for me. Not because I started working less. Not because I became more motivated. But because I stopped pushing against myself and finally started moving in a direction that made sense. Every time I share this story, people tell me: "This is exactly how I feel too." And that’s exactly why I decided to create a space on Skool, a community where we’ll dig deep into this problem, look at it honestly, and work through it together. The doors will open soon.
