Only just finished the "curves" video but am thoroughly enjoying the course so far Nakita! I have a few of your courses and I think you have now found the sweet spot between too much explaining and not enough. Great so far!
What mouse do you use?
Curious as to what mouse you use for your 3D work. I have used this one for several years and find it extremely handy- https://www.razer.com/gaming-mice/razer-naga-trinity

I like the MX Vertical. It has helped with wrist and shoulder issues.
Default Grid Size?
I'm sorry for the dumb question, but what is the default grid settings for Plasticity? I've messed with it and I want to go back to default. Thank you.

Hi John, I'm reasonably certain it's 120 for grid and 10 for accented lines. Set as Meters
Question about your Plasticity Experience
I'm curious to hear what some (or even one) aspect of Plasticity that was confusing, very different from past software experience, etc. Example. For me it was the fact that you don't need to trim segments on coplanar curves to extrude a face. sown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzV_xoTjhu8 What tripped you up or was something you wish you knew when you first started with the software?

Difficult to put into words really. For me, coming from a polygon modelling background it took me some time to realise it's not really about tweaking vertices, edges and faces but more about working with shapes, curves, etc. I also find it a tad annoying that when selecting various components like an edge or a face, I am immediately put into a "tool" or "command". For example, when selecting a face it's the offset tool. I do like working with shortcuts and would prefer to press a key to enter a command. Saying that, Plasticity is pretty amazing. Oh, took me ages to work out I could delete a face :D
Modelling the Braun HLD4 hair dryer
Hi everyone. Coming from a polygon modelling background it is taking me some time to get use to what I can and can't do in Plasticity. I'm trying to get better at working with curves and sheets as I'd like to eventually move my automotive projects over to Plasticity for the initial modelling of the main forms. Been wanting to model the Braun HLD4 for a while now as I like those older retro designs. Here I have just added some quick materials in Plasticity and wanted to post a wip. It's not perfect but I have learnt quite a bit during the modelling.
