USA LLC
hey guys, do you know where can I open a LLC in the USA as a foreigner for the best price? I need to verify TRC in dialing softwares in order to send messages

You should still be able to register for A2P without being legally registered in the US. I would recommend against opening an LLC in the US since it would open you up to paying tax in both the US and your home country.

@Leo Trifonov to explain, my company is registered in the UK, I can still apply for A2P to send messages in America. There ARE some local services I am unable to apply for (like the free call registry) but it means I don't have to give away most of my profits to tax
Accountability Day 15
- Started warmup for SMS outreach - Verified list of 2k leads for email outreach - Configured email campaign to go live tomorrow - Upper body - Part time shift - Made new lead list to cold call through starting tomorrow - Completed copy for SMS outreach SMS warmup has had great reply rates so far, most of which have been coming within 30 mins which is pretty insane. Looking forward to moving it out of warmup and into outreach. Email system ready to go with workspace emails starting tomorrow. Cold calling sheet ready to cold call tomorrow since it’s Memorial Day today. - Lower body - Part time shift - Cold calling - Email outreach goes live - Verify and clean lead list for when sms outreach finishes warmup

@Edison Essien yeah, I was using openphone but ran into some issues. Since I'm using ghl to send the sms then ended up easier keeping it on same platform

@Edison Essien for calls or the sms? GHL limits you to a warmup process, you are also unable to send texts without A2P so I don't think you'll be getting sanctioned as spam if that's set up. My response rates are around 15% with sms atm. If you're worried about deliverability you could run a campaign to test it if you choose a niche, say plumbers for example, and say you have a leak and need a quote for getting it fixed or something along those lines. If you send that out to some plumbers you scrape off of google maps then you should get a decent amount of replies which will tell you if it's sending or not.
Email Deliverability Issue - Hotmail, BIMI Records, Yahoo Sender Profiles
Hey all, Anyone in here up to date with the latest around best deliverability practices? I have one client having issues with Hotmail, we can't seem to crack. I know there have been some recent developments around best practices for sending. Can anyone in here help me out?

This video is from 2023 but the practices still work for me and I haven't had any issues: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OvheNrGtipA&ab_channel=EricNowoslawski I know that Google and Outlook have really cracked down so that you need SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records to avoid going to spam. You could also try using spintax so that it isn't the exact same copy you're sending each time, especially if your list is 15k+, essentially you can write different ways of saying things and it'll mix and match. For example: Hi (name), how are you doing? || Hey (name), how are you getting on? You can change this to suit your needs but it might help since you're sending in scale.
Hey guys! I think this might be of some value, I'll let you know the results!
I've really been focusing on building out my leadflow lately. I’ve set up a system that scrapes Apollo for high-quality leads — I’m currently getting around 600 valid emails out of every 1,000 prospects. From there, I enrich each lead with profile data from socials and other sources. Then comes the fun part: using Make.com to auto-generate custom icebreakers for each lead. These aren’t generic openers — they’re deeply personalised based on the enriched data using ChatGPT. Once that’s done, everything flows into Instantly, where I run cold email campaigns firing out 400–650 emails a day, each one tailored, not spammy. Now doing some quick math: 500 emails/day at a 1.5% booking rate = 7–8 calls per day, 225/ calls a month. Lets give a 10% close rate on that with 500$ average deal value = 11,000$ with the cost of the system being under 1,000$. And the whole thing’s automated. I am thinking of some other ways I can smoothen this out with the calendar booking automations etc.... Really keen to hear other peoples ideas. Super excited to see where I can optimise and take this to the next level. If anyone else is building something similar, please let me know, I would love to speak to you and learn!

I’ve been looking at doing something similar since I saw one of Eric Nowoslawski’s YouTube videos on it (absolutely amazing channel for cold email btw) but assumed it would cost a decent bit to set up and run. Have you found it expensive or is it just a pain to get set up and working in the first place? My end goal would be to personalise emails around their past customers, e.g. subject line - Want more sellers like John Smith? Then mention parts of the service that ‘John smith’ liked or something about his type of character.

@Bertie Ross that's interesting, I'll have a look into that now that I'm back
