Physique update
Thought I’d post a recent pic after just finishing up an evening upper body session. Chest, triceps, front delts and traps Superset Dips to knees raises 17 15 13 11 10 9 One arm chair raises 15 13 12 10 9 9 Side step push-ups 16 14 13 11 10 10 4 minute rest between every super set. South African here, I'm obsessed with hypertrophy training and building the most aesthetic physique possible and I'm also a gun nut. 6'1, currently 170lbs on a cut (down from 185lbs on a bulk), ultimate goal is to mog Steve Reeves natty. (Ambitious I know). My immediate goal is to get to 8% bodyfat to blow up my social media. Fun fact: Everyone thinks I'm American cuz of my accent and I never really have a good answer to explain it. Never even been there lol
