Locking prospects to a specific sending domain in Instantly?
I'm currently watching Jay's new “Full 2025 Cold Email Masterclass” and planning to purchase 10–15 domains, each with 3–5 inboxes to start. I’ll begin warming them up next week and gradually start sending in September. My goal is to send 50–100 new contacts per day. Over time, the total volume will increase as follow-up emails from the campaign sequence are added. I have no prior experience with cold email, but I’m excited to get started and hope it will help grow my business. I've come up with several strong local .NL domain names, but they differ quite a bit in branding. I feel it’s not very professional if the same contact or organization receives emails from multiple sending domains. I’ve experienced this myself! Receiving identical emails in both my personal inbox and our shared mailboxes like info, but came from different email domains and the same "person". It didn’t feel personal or professional. My question is: Is it possible in Instantly to lock a prospect’s email address, ideally their entire domain, to a specific sending domain, so that all emails, including follow-ups and future campaigns, consistently come from the same sender identity? That’s why I want to ensure that all emails, both within a single campaign sequence and across multiple touchpoints, are sent from the same domain to a given contact and their organization. @Jay Feldman I haven’t signed up for Instantly yet, but I’ll make sure to use your affiliate link when I create my account 😉
