Welcome to Month 4 - Flourishing Rhythms
Hello Friends, Welcome to Month 4! As we move into Flourishing Rhythms, our focus this week is on the "Morning Launch." How we start our day sets the trajectory for the entire flight. If we launch with intention and grounding, we navigate the world from a place of sovereignty rather than reaction. I'd love to hear about your morning rhythms? What are the practices, given your current roles and responsibilities that make the most positive impact on your day? Here are some invitations: 1. Hydrate: Before coffee or your phone, drink a glass of room-temperature water with a pinch of sea salt or trace minerals. 2. Signal Safety to Your Body: Within the first 90 minutes of waking, enjoy a nourishing breakfast with protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs to support your hormones. 3. The Circadian Walk: If you are able, spend 30 minutes walking outside. Let the morning light sync your internal rhythm with the Earth’s. 4. DM Your Soul: Spend 5 minutes journaling. What is your "inner temperature" today? What is the first thought you are choosing to invite in? What's on your mind? What can you iron out via your journal pages? 5. Remember, consistency is one of the highest forms of self-love. It doesn’t have to be perfect; it just needs to be yours. Tune in to this weeks content here I can’t wait to hear how your "Morning Launch" feels this week. Bloom where you are planted! 🌻 With love and a big hug, Jennifer

Lately my routine has been wake up with some warm water and broth while I sit on the porch and do a little journaling/reading women who run with the wolves then go on a 20-30 minute walk. If I wake up early enough and still have more time before I start my work day that I'll add a little chi gong and meditation :)

A willingness to do things differently than society tells us, making others feel safe and seen and comfortable in conversation, high intuition on what is going on in someone’s energy and world, I can see the big picture of a vision while also breaking it down into details! I have a gift of writing/expressing complex thoughts into practical contemplations.
Biggest takeaway from this months audio workshop?
Hello heart angels, I’d love to hear your biggest takeaway, what left the biggest impression on you? Have you connected with any of the practices? Next week I’ll be sharing a worksheet / formula for forgiveness by Colin Tipping who wrote the book Radical Forgiveness 🦋 Have a blessed day, Jennifer

I just did the journal prompt of writing down what I forgive myself for and what I forgive others for - when I sat down to start I was thinking to myself that I don’t even know what to write however the second my pen hit the paper all sorts of things began to flow out. It was surprising to me and extremely freeing. Such a simple yet powerful practice, thank you for this invitation ♥️
Welcome, beloved heart cell 💛
You're here because something in you knows it's time. Time to forgive. Time to release. Time to come home to yourself. I honor your YES. Next Wednesday, our first recorded workshop goes live: Forgiveness, Letting Go & Releasing. We're starting with the foundation—clearing space in your heart for everything that's coming. Take a moment right now: - Introduce yourself below (just your name and one thing your heart is ready for) - Get cozy in this space - Know that there's no rush, no pressure, no "right way" to do this You can access everything at your own pace. This is YOUR journey. I'm so glad we're walking this path together. With love, Jennifer
