I started Heart Based literally as a dream, wanting to support and guide folks with my voice, personal inquiry & practices and journal prompts. It literally manifested overnight. I hope you will take the time to continue connecting with the content from our last 4 months together! It will be alive as long as I hold this space open. The Future of Heart Based: To maintain the integrity and accessibility of this space, Heart Based is transitioning into a Free Membership (I have manually cancelled your paid memberships so you should have received an email to opt in for free) This community will remain a landing pad for the heart-based. You can habit stack, go for a walk and listen to a lesson or set a timer for 20 minutes and do the journaling & personal inquiry.
