100 declined pushups, State Training, Siu Nim Tao Form, and 200 chain punches Learned that overtime pushups can give u a hunchback so I should get a pull up bar to start doing back workouts also Overall I felt pretty good

Day 3 of 75 Flow Challenge
40 diamond 100 regular pushups, State Training, Siu Nim Tao form, 200 chain punches I realized that another reason I started wing chun is to learn how to throw a punch. I did Jiu Jitsu when I was a kid so I knew how to grapple but not how to punch so it was something I wanted to learn. Overall I felt pretty good.

State Training, Siu Nim Tao Form, 200 chain punches I realized as pushups get easier I start just going through the motions and lose quality for more reps so got that corrected. Overall I felt pretty good
