@Jacob Hiller how do you know if eggs cause inflammation? Is there a test for that or is it subjective? I try and get eggs from local farmers that don't use antibiotics and all that other BS
Who are you? What do you do?
From anecdotal experience this group is about 70% entrepreneur or side-hustler (which is awesome). Use this as a thread to shamelessly say who you are( why you do, and the mission you are on. Your work and mission are a huge part of who you are and the path of freedom and growth you are on. Share and discuss in this category!

Hey my name is Eric Mintz and I am from Detroit, MI. I practice Tonal Chiropractic and NeurOptimal Neurofeedback in a suburb outside of Detroit called West Bloomfield. I've always been active my entire life (soccer, tennis, softball, yoga, etc) but have never really been a 'gym rat' and really want to improve my mobility and core strength with this program. My knee's are both kinda messed up from trying to play pickleball last year LOL never again. I've had two inguinal hernia surgeries and it really caused alot of hip and low back issues post surgery probably due to scar tissue, etc. Would love to drop 8-10 lbs and get body fat down to 15% or lower. Basically, just want to be able to play sports and stay active for the next 40-50 years of my life as pain free as possible. Excited to be here!
Knee rehab / prehab
Great simple DIY for knee stability and fresh blood and platelets into the knee.

How do I do that in my backyard when there's a foot of snow on the ground? 🥶
5.28.25 - Bullet Proof Knees (knee pain protocol)
These 3 protocols 2 times per week. The sled work can be done daily as a warmup. 1 - Forward and backwards sled pulls. Do 5 minutes or to fatigue. 2 - Slow eccentric squats with heels raised. 3 sets of 8, use assistance if too light or add weight if too easy. 7/10 pain or discomfort only. 3 - Nordics - Use assistance and a Nordic strap. Bonus - Reverse Nordics (see second video). I promise you will get your knees as healthy as possible by doing these along side your AOM practice. Freeeeeeedommmmm!

Both my knees have pain on the inside/medial and I've never had any diagnostics done. At what point should I get an MRI or ultrasound done? I will try these in addition to my AOM 15 minute routine. Thanks!
