Hi all, great to connect with the community. I’ve been investing in U.S. real estate for the past 15 years. I’m based in Israel and active within a strong local investor network. Over the years I’ve worked across multiple strategies — rental properties, flips, performing and non-performing notes, and lending. Currently, I’m pivoting into Land Home Packages with a focus on building a scalable model — sourcing land through wholesalers and tax deed auctions, and eventually creating volume to partner with or establish an agency to reduce manufactured home costs. Location: Targeting U.S. Sunbelt markets with fast permitting and strong tax deed inventory. My Role: - Capital raising and funding deals & business development. - Bringing additional investors from the Israeli market seeking clean, fast-turnaround projects What I Need: - Strong, reliable execution partners with experience. Dealers License
Hello everyone! Currently I am mostly investing in mobile home parks and looking to add these land home packages as active income for our investment business. As I’m looking into getting my dealers license, I’m finding out about the physical office requirement. Have any of you found a work around for this? I’m not actually trying to run a lot and sell mobile homes. I just want to be able to buy and sell them within our parks and do some of these land deals. Thanks!
