That’s how many copywriters feel about their outreach. So, this is why you’re left on "seen" and never replied to… … and 3 fixes that could change everything. If you've been doing outreach for more than a few days, you know it's brutal. You wake up, check your phone, see that rare notification, and get excited... only to find: "No thanks bro" or worse… Complete silence. I was stuck in this cycle for months until I figured out what was going wrong. Here are the 3 shifts that turned my "nos" into "yeses": 1️⃣ Match their communication style Some prospects prefer direct messages, others want videos or voice notes. Stop using the same template for everyone. Pay attention to how they communicate and match their energy. 2️⃣ Break the pattern with personality Prospects expect another boring pitch. They've seen hundreds of bland outreaches that all sound the same. Throw in some humor, show you're human, not just another desperate copywriter. It reduces sales tension immediately. 3️⃣ Respect their ego Entrepreneurs have invested everything into their business. If you insult their work in any way, game over. I once saw someone message a prospect with "marketing" in their name, asking if they needed marketing help. Really? 😂 Some people don’t think these things through, I swear lol. Experiment with these 3 tips and work towards getting an extra call or 2 booked this month. Tyson "Free Value" 4D

How do I practice copywriting?
👉 Question: From @katenkyokotsu_karamatsu_shinju "How do I practice copywriting and improve my skills?" 👉 Answer: Watch my free 8-hour course. Find a prospect to write for on social media. Analyze their brand voice. Pick a structure (PAS, HSO, DIC, CJN etc…) Write an email and read aloud from start to finish when it's completed. Edit an hour or so later. Read it aloud again the day after to double-check, this is when you’ll find issues more easily. Get the email reviewed by one of the 4D coaches, for FREE, on a coaching call in the 4D server on Wednesday or Saturday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OC0nBt3nuDg&t=1042s&pp=0gcJCYUJAYcqIYzv

The biggest lies you probably believe…
You don’t get paid for being smart. You don’t get paid for trying your best. You don’t get paid for dreaming harder than everyone else. Otherwise, everyone would be a millionaire. The truth boils down to 1 simple thing: You get paid for solving someone else’s problem. That’s it. You want freedom, $10k+/mo, and to look after your family? Help enough people get what they want. Help first. Win after. Tyson 4D

So helpful 🙏
The prospect already has a copywriter... help!
👉 Question: From @michelle.2010. *“What do you do when a prospect says he already has a copywriter?”* 👉 Answer: First of all, be respectful. They don’t need you right now, so don’t harass them. Every few months, just pop up with a new piece of free value. For example, if they’re running an offer that closes soon, you could write a FOMO email for them. And then, just send them a message to say that you saw the offer is ending soon, so you made this email for them to send if they need it. After a few months, you could strike gold, and the prospect now might need you. Just stay patient and try hard every day. Then, you’ll never miss your lucky day.

How to onboard copywriting clients (and not go CRAZY)
Over the past 12 months I’ve written copy for 25+ Skool communities and scaled my agency to $50K+/mo. Last January I onboarded 6 new copywriting clients in 30 days. All while traveling, going to events, and even exploring London. 🎡👀 So what’s the secret behind writing copy for lots of clients at once? Having SYSTEMS. Here’s my simple 2-step system that ensures a smooth experience for both me and my clients: Step 1: Simplify research Before you start writing, explore your client’s target audience, content and tone of voice. Then, CONDENSE all 3 into 1 document. 🤏 Here’s how: 1. Take 10+ pieces of their content (YouTube, shorts, etc.) 2. Transcribe using NoteGPT (yes, it’s free) 3. Plug into ChatGPT and ask for a summary Step 2: Set communication cadence Before you start your first project, set 3 key expectations with your client: 1. When and how will you communicate? (email, Slack, texts?) 2. How will you deliver the copy? 3. How will you track progress? (weekly calls, reports, etc.) (You don’t want clients messaging you at 12am asking for revisions, right?) Bonus tip: 💡 The client just handed you A LOT of money (hopefully $2K+) 😉 So you want to reinforce that working with you was a great decision in the first 24 hours after onboarding. You can send a Loom review of their content, free Skool graphics, or even a quick brand summary to show you did your homework. Best part? Once you nail this system, you can stack clients and get some sleep too. 🥱 P.S. How many clients do you currently have guys? Let me know in the comments 👇
