@Matthew Côté Love your transparency, Matt. Take baby steps and make your goal the input. Also, write down your goals before you start, something like this: "I intend to make 20 dials between now [insert start time] and [insert end time]." You want to look for little wins as well. Something like the paper clip strategy would help out big time here: Move a paper clip from a full jar to an empty jar every time you make a dial. Put ONLY the number of dials you intend to do beforehand. This might sound silly, but I assure you it works and it doesn't take any real effort to set up. Try em out and let us know how things went for you. You've already done the hard part (starting), the rest is defeating your own demons one by one. Keep moving forward 💯 You got this🤝
