Freight job hunting in 2026? Do this.
Market is rough. But people are getting hired. 1. Target roles that are hiring → brokerage, last-mile, customs, logistics tech 2. Use freight problems as answers → "Capacity tightened? Here's how I fixed it." 3. Fix your resume for ATS → add keywords, kill tables, add metrics 4. Find hidden jobs → broker career pages, small carriers (call them) 5. Lead with a win → "Reduced detention 22% during capacity crunch" Biggest struggle? 🔘 Interviews 🔘 Resume 🔘 Finding jobs Drop your struggle below. I'll reply with 1 fix.

Advice
Job seekers also get confused about: including an objective (don't use a summary instead), how far back to go (last 10–15 years only), hobbies (skip unless directly relevant), listing every skill (no, only those matching the job), freelance work (list it as a job with "(Contract)" next to title), references (never include or say "available upon request"), using the same action verbs (vary them try "built," "cut," "launched"), mismatched job titles (use real title + clarifying line like "equivalent to manager"), salary history (never include), and whether to resubmit after a typo (yes, immediately with apology and corrected file).

Your Resume Is Costing You Jobs. Here’s How I Help
Are you stuck in the endless cycle of applying and never hearing back? I see it every day: ✅ Tailored cover letters ✅ Dozens of applications ✅ “We’ll keep your resume on file” The job search is exhausting and too often, the real culprit isn’t you. It’s your resume. Most resumes get only 6 seconds of attention before a recruiter decides “yes” or “no.” If yours isn’t clear, results-driven, and ATS-friendly, it doesn’t matter how qualified you are. That’s where I come in. I help job seekers turn their resumes into powerful marketing tools that actually open doors. Whether you need: ✅ A complete rewrite ✅ Keyword optimization for applicant tracking systems ✅ A clean, professional format ✅ Help translating your experience into achievements (not just duties) I’ve got you. Let’s get you more interviews not more silence. Comment “RESUME” or DM me, and let’s talk about where you’re stuck.

@Steven Tittle Strategic freight logistics hiring is driven by operational efficiency and bottom-line results. To stand out, your resume must pivot from listing tasks to highlighting quantifiable achievements. I specialize in transforming vague responsibilities into high-impact metrics such as optimizing daily load counts, reducing freight spend by specific percentages, and maintaining 99% on-time delivery rates. Let’s position your expertise for the next level. Reach out to me at careerdocceci@gmail.com to begin tailoring a resume that proves your value through data.

@Steven Tittle Thank you
Links Headline Hack
Your LinkedIn headline is costing you supply chain interviews. If your headline is just your job title, you're invisible to recruiters and your resume never gets opened. Here's the frightening truth: Supply chain recruiters don't browse profiles randomly. They search by keywords roles, functions, industries, and expertise. If those keywords aren't in your headline, your profile doesn't show up. And if your profile doesn't show up, neither does your resume. The fright: You could be the perfect fit for that Operations Manager role, that Supply Chain Director position, that Procurement lead opening. But your headline buried you before they even had a chance to see your experience. Weak headlines (career killers): · "Supply Chain Manager at [Company]" · "Operations Professional" · "Logistics Coordinator" These tell recruiters nothing about what you actually do. So they scroll right past. Strong headlines (recruiter magnets): · "Supply Chain Manager | Procurement & Strategic Sourcing | Demand Planning | Reducing costs, improving efficiency" · "Operations Leader | Warehouse Optimization | Cross-Functional Team Management | 15+ years driving operational excellence" · "Logistics Manager | Transportation | Freight & Fleet Management | End-to-end supply chain solutions" The formula: [Job Title] | [Key Functional Areas] | [Value Proposition] Why this matters for your career: When a recruiter searches for "Supply Chain Manager Procurement," guess whose profile shows up? Not the person who just wrote "Supply Chain Manager." That opportunity just passed them by and it could pass you by too. Drop your current title, your key functional areas (procurement, logistics, planning, etc.), and what you're known for. I'll rewrite your headline so recruiters actually find you and open your resume.
