Creating a Calisthenics Workout Plan
Hey everyone, I have been training for around 2 years and a half both with my own bodyweight and with weights, and right now I'd like to Start doing Calisthenics more seriously. Only problem Is that I don't know how to program a Routine which would allow both Muscle Hypertrophy and progression in skills, and I'm afraid of running my physique. Do you have any advice on Developing an all-rounded calisthenics workout program, while also becoming bigger? Do you recommend a High Intensity approach? My priorities are unlocking the Handstand and Handstand PU, as well as the Muscel-Up. I can currently do 17 Pull-Ups and 40 Dips without stopping. Thanks for your support!
