VERTIGO/NAUSEA HACKS! 👏🏻
Here are the product recommendations from tonight’s video on vertigo, nausea, dizziness, motion sickness, swaying sensation, etc! I bought these both on Amazon, and yes they do work. 🙃

My go-to is Dremamine's ginger tablets. No drowsiness, all the benefits. I've always had motion sickness, but it has gotten worse over the last few years. Even the less-drowsy Dremamine would knock me out. The motion patches weren't potent enough.
My pity party
I thought I was doing pretty good for the first 10 months when I started HRT. I was taking Estrodial patch and Prometrium Progesterone. Then my doc increased P and I instantly gained 10lbs in about 6 weeks. Then she increase my E and another 5lbs. I’ve gone back down in P and up E, then up P again (oral/vag) but no weight loss. This summer I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and after a steroid shot and meds I gained again. It’s harder to workout the same as I used to and I can’t wear my weighted vest anymore. Now it’s been 7 months and it’s a total of 25lbs. It’s been impossible to lose 1lb. I tried GLP-1 in Sept but the fatigue was too much so I stopped. I thought it could be thyroid related cuz I took meds as a kid but doc says labs are fine. I do have elevated reverse T3 and they found a goiter but Endocrinologist also says labs are fine. Docs won’t check my iodine, selenium, iron or ferritin. I also have hair loss. I’m going to have a hair test to see if that will help narrow down what’s going on with me. It’s been incredibly disappointing cuz I’ve done to much to keep my weight down through the years and been on HRT but now I have to start all over again and nothing works! Plus, I’m in CA so I can’t be a patient. I’d love any advice anyone has to share.

So sorry to hear that! How frustrating!
Hi!
Hi, newbie here! I'm 39 yr old, and my first symptoms of peri started 2-3 years ago (but I didn't realize it at the time). I'm so thankful to have found ElevateMD, and excited to learn and grow with everyone!
