Anybody interested in a CSR position?
Customer success representative, Customer success coachers, account managers, or the like, I'm currently in the process of hiring one so if anyone has connections, let me know. OTE: $2-4k/mo including commission Responsibilities: 1. Manage, monitor, and GHL account and communication with clientele 2. Actively update communication channels with team members on projects/tasks that need to be done 3. Communicates with the media buyer and Call Center team when it comes to the ads/ lead flow (changing wording / holding them accountable to do a better job if it’s low, etc) 4. Check in with clients every Monday top set tonality and momentum for the week, encourage, be a coach 5. Successfully ask for referrals to build organic high quality clientele, and increase client retention.
