Read this entirely, 100% On the USX spreadsheet, you are to add the date, the driver's first name, last name, phone #, and the job you submitted him on. - After you complete this step, USX will begin processing the application and add your updates to this sheet.  - You will review the updates and add them to QuickBase.  - You still ask for updates and update USX through QuickBase.  - You MUST add your drivers to the spreadsheet when you submit the application. There is NOTHING else you do on this spreadsheet. You DO NOT remove drivers. You DO NOT remove information or columns from the sheet. You DO NOT add notes or anything beyond the date, name, phone, and job to the sheet. You never ADD or REMOVE anyone. You NEVER EVER share the link with anyone. If you do not follow the above instructions with USX and the USX sheet, you will be removed from USX altogether.
