Diet
Hello friends, I’m curious if any of you have ever looked into nutrition that goes beyond the dietary guidelines recommended by the “experts.” Considering that there are more and more chronic “incurable” diseases in the world today, this seems like a very important topic to me, especially since we still all need food to live at least until we become enlightened😏 If any of you have any interesting sources of information, I’d be glad if you shared😁

Ive been into bodybuilding for past 5 years and have studied optimal nutrition quite a bit. I agree with everything Chris said. Clean diet coupled with resistance training and enough sleep is the key for healthy body and mind. Also aerobic exercise is important for cardiovascular health. But regarding to the diet. Eggs. Eat as many eggs as you want as they are dense in micronutrients and full of protein along with healthy fats. Cholesterole is actually good for you as it is a building block of testosterone. So to a point the more cholesterole you eat, the better. And your body’s cholesterole doesn’t increase form eaten fats, it actually increases from sugar. So cut sugar and eat more animal based fats. Then just eat a bunch of fruits and berries for healthy carbs and vitamins. Kiwi is the real suoerfood of fruits. It has more vitamins than almost any other fruit. Actually by just avoiding excess sugar and processed foods, you’re good. Then eating enough protein is semi important if your goal is to buimd muscle. 1g/pound of bodyweight is rough rule of thumb. Or 1,5-2g/kg.
Semen retention, my 1st experience
Hey guys, my first post here. I was wondering what are your experiences and your knowledge about benefits of semen retention. Around a month ago I felt falling in love quite strong in a girl, something I haven’t felt in almost 10 years (which shows me my huge progress I’ve made in my healing journey). That feeling made me stop masturbating. I was used to watching porn and masturbating since I was a teenager but now for the first time in my life I felt disgusted by watching that and felt no real urge to masturbate. I went with the feeling and after around 3 weeks I noticed I feel more energized, motivated and confident - in a signifficant way, one that I’ve never before (as I remember at least) felt in my life. I quickly connected that to the fact I stopped watching porn and masturbating and started reading about that - but there are different things people say. One thing I fear is that this power I now hold can be overwhelming and has to be handled well to be used most optimally. I still feel benefits of it, the three I mentioned earlier but I’m curious for any recommendations, perhaps certain meditations I could do to channel that energy. Hope the weekend goes well for Y’all ❤️🙏🏽

I have practiced SR for couple of years now but despite that, my longest streak is about 65 days. I relapsed couple of days ago which sucks but it didn’t affect my state so much for some reason. During this recent streak I felt some benefits like increased attraction from women and increase in confidence. But that’s mostly it. I didn’t get any more energetic or gain mental clarity. So I can’t really help with how to channel that increased energy. However I have consumed a lot of SR content which has made clear that the benefits are real. It’s just a matter of time and mental cultivation to see them come to life. What I mean by mental cultivation is that you have to have a certain state of mind to start noticing the benefits. You have to have no expections and be grateful of what you already have. I’m not the best to explain as I haven’t experienced nearly anything myself. The reason might be because I had psychosis and I’m on antipsychotic medication right now. Because of that I think it’s even more important for me to be on this path. To sum all this up: SR is a way of life and should be a part of your being. I think after that point your life really starts to change. Have no expectations and do it for the sake of self respect. And you have to replace pmo with something creative like drawing, filming, exercising, or anything that allows you to channel the newfound energy. Hope some of this was helpful to someone. SR is such a rare practice but I guess it’s also spiritual so many of us here are aware of it.
Does manifestation actually work?
Hey everyone, I’ve been asking this question from myself quite a bit recently and can’t find an answer. Spirituality has been an interest of mine for a while now and I want to believe in everything that all the gurus teach but can’t fully do so because I haven’t seen any proof in my own life. For example the concept of frequency and vibration. Everything is supposed to be vibrating in certain frequency and we can tune ourselves to match that frequency to manifest that thing into our lives. At least that’s how I see it. I just can’t see how to do that. Some teach that feeling is the secret and living in the wish fulfilled right before sleeping is the way. It’s supposed to impress the subconcious mind to feel like what the desired reality would be like. Then assuming the universe is mental and our minds create reality, life would areange in a way where the desired reality would manifest itself. Anyway I understand all these weird sounding principles but can’t seem to apply any of them into my own life. I’ve tried visualisation and scripting but it hasn’t yet worked. Maybe my attention span and imagination is too cooked to properly feel what my desired reality would be like. Or I haven’t practiced enough. I am interested to hear some of your experiences regarding reality creation. Has it worked for you, how well and how long it took. I wish you all a good day -Eelis

@Christian F. Thanks for the in depth answer. You confirmed what I had known deep inside, but had kinda forgotten. So manifestation is all about shifting internally to a degree in which you're no longer emotionally dependent upon seeing reality change. And Feeling is indeed the secret as Neville Goddard teached.
