Recently closed a CRM client on an AI Receptionist System, 2nd monthly payment collected. 🙌 $1,600 setup (And growing as we add more to the system) $997 per month I’m sharing this for the person in here who’s doing the work but hasn’t seen the win yet. This didn’t come from some secret sauce. It came from staying consistent, following up, getting clear on the value I provide, and having real conversations with real business owners about real problems. Hey everyone, I could use some help troubleshooting this. I have a client where we’re running Facebook engagement ads that generate messages. When someone clicks the ad, it opens Messenger and they start a conversation. Previously, I had this connected to GoHighLevel, so when a lead sent a message through the ad, the AI would automatically respond and guide them to book an appointment. The issue is that it suddenly stopped working for messages coming from the ads. What’s strange is: • Regular Facebook Messenger messages still come through GHL • The AI responds normally to those • The problem only happens with messages generated from the ads So it seems like the ad conversations are not triggering the integration with GHL anymore. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what could cause this? Is there something specific in Meta Ads Manager or the Facebook/GHL integration that might have disconnected?

I’m working with a client who owns multiple businesses, including a towing company. I set up a Voice AI agent so when calls come in, the AI asks which company they’re looking for. Based on their response, it either transfers the call to the correct department or gathers information. For the towing company specifically, the AI transfers the call directly to the driver’s phone number. The issue: sometimes the driver doesn’t answer. He asked if we can set it up so that if the call isn’t answered after about three rings, it automatically forwards to a second number. Is this possible inside GHL? If anyone has set up multi-step call forwarding like this, I’d appreciate the guidance.

Hey yall. I’ve been a bit absent recently but I wanted to share my most recent win. Over the past 7 days I’ve done 1 in person speaking event and 1 webinar and between the two we’ve closed about 35k MRR (which beats Jeff’s previous record of 31k in a week👀) The one-to-many slides Jeff posted a couple weeks ago were A GAME CHANGERRRRR. If you’re running any sort of one to many speaking event please use them, they saved me so much time and clearly work well. I’m super excited to see the fruits of my labor that I’ve been putting in for almost 2 years. Everything gets more fun when you actually start seeing results, so for those of you out there who are grinding every day, I promise you it gets easier if you stick with it. Do not quit.
