MONDAY RESET πŸ”₯
Hello family, Hope you've had a restful and rejuvenating weekend. 🀍 It's Monday... New week. Fresh slate. But before you dive into the to do list, the goals, the grind etc Pause.. What are you NOT carrying into this week? Could be the guilt from last week's "should haves." The comparison that drained you. The pattern you finally caught yourself in. The energy leak you're done tolerating. Name it below. Let the community witness you putting it down. Sometimes all it takes is saying it out loud to make it real. I'll go first... The need to have everything figured out before I start. What are you leaving behind? πŸ‘‡

I don't want to carry this week the anxiety that the things I want will happen immediately
The Hidden Programme That Is Quietly Controlling Your Life✨
Hello family πŸ’› Happy Thursday. Hope the week has been treating you well. I wanted to bring a quick concept to your attention to hopefully inspire and add some fuel to your fire when it comes to this personal development and spiritual journey. I want to touch on the concept of self-image. It may sound simple and familiar depending on where you are at on your journey. But there is something really profound being communicated here if you take the time to dig deep. I want to bring it to life by sharing a short story. A plastic surgeon in the 1950s named Maxwell Maltz noticed something that completely changed how he understood the human mind. He would perform surgery on patients. Fix their faces. Make them objectively more attractive. And two completely different things would happen. Some patients would walk out transformed. Full of confidence. A totally new lease on life. Others would walk out and still feel ugly. Still feel unworthy. Some even accused him of not changing anything at all. Same surgery. Completely different results. The difference was not the face. It was the self-image. So what is self-image exactly. It is the subconscious story you carry about who you are, what you are capable of, what you deserve and what is possible for you. It is built over years. Quietly. Without you even realising it. From your parents. Your environment. Your experiences. The things people said to you. The things that happened to you. And here is what makes it so powerful and so tricky at the same time. 95% of your actions and behaviours are driven by your subconscious. Not by your willpower. Not by your conscious intentions. Your subconscious. Which means that no matter how hard you try on the surface if the self-image underneath does not change then nothing really changes. That is why the diet works for a while then stops. That is why you get motivated then fall back. That is why the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships. That is why you keep hitting the same ceiling in your career or finances.

The Work You Keep Avoiding Is The One That Works πŸ’Ž
Hello family πŸ’› Happy Saturday. Hope you have had a great week and are ready to ease into a beautiful and restful weekend. Something has come to mind that is easily overlooked and often not considered that has helped me out a ton on my own spiritual and personal development journey. I wanted to share it with you because I feel it will resonate and hopefully help you as you continue to grow. I wanted to touch on the importance of getting to the root cause of things. And this applies to every single area of life. Most people spend their whole lives fixing the wrong thing. They treat the symptom. Not the cause. You want to lose weight so you try another diet. You want a better relationship so you work on your communication. You want more money so you chase another opportunity. It may work for a while. But then you are right back where you started. Here is why. Every problem you have on the surface is connected to something deeper underneath. Think of a ball of yarn. You can snip off the loose end and it looks neat and fixed. But the rest of the ball is still there. This shows up everywhere. Not just in personal development. In software engineering there is a concept called technical debt. It is when developers need to ship something fast and they take shortcuts when writing the code. What is delivered works. The product launches. Everyone is happy. But when the product begins to be used those shortcuts start to stack up quietly in the background. And eventually the whole system starts to slow down. Break down. Become impossible to manage. Until they have no choice but to stop everything and rebuild from the ground up. Costing far more time and money than if they had taken the time to get it done properly from the start. The same thing happens with landlords and homeowners. An electrician gets called out for a tripping fuse. They patch it. Job done. A plumber fixes a leaking pipe under the sink. Problem solved. But the real issue is the old wiring running through the entire house.

In my case, I believe it's in the financial area, although I'm fine, whenever I earn more something happens that makes me have to spend more, so I never have as much as I would like to travel and get to know iceland for example, it's a place I dream of seeing in person.

Why Real Breakthroughs Are So Hard To Reach..
Hello family πŸ’› Happy Tuesday. Hope you are having a great week so far. I want to share a perspective that shifted my thinking profoundly. It is one you can always come back to and find new realizations each time. The deeper you go on this journey the more it will mean to you. The concept might sound simple at first. But the deeper you look the more it opens up. And honestly it can get a little unsettling. Here it is. Everything you do is survival. Every thought. Every reaction. Every habit. Every relationship you hold onto. Every opinion you defend. All of it is your mind trying to keep you as you are. Not your body. Your identity. The version of you that feels safe and familiar. And here is where it gets interesting. Your brain is not trying to make you happy. It is trying to keep you the same. Surviving the best way it knows how. That is why change feels like a threat even when the change is good for you. That is why you keep going back to old patterns even after you have clearly outgrown them. That is why growth is uncomfortable. Because a part of you has to die. The old thoughts. The old habits. The people and environments you have known. And most importantly the core beliefs and identity you have built your whole life around. The people who truly transform are not the ones who add more to themselves. They are the ones willing to release the old version of themselves completely. Not tweak it. Not manage it. Release it. The discomfort you feel when you try to change is not a sign to stop. It is a sign that something real is happening. πŸ”₯ This is why real breakthroughs are so hard to reach. Whether it is manifesting, a new career, a relationship, your health or any area of life where you want to grow. Most people stop just before the shift happens. Not because they lack the desire. But because walking through the discomfort and the unfamiliar territory becomes too much and eventually overpowers their effort. I share this not to overwhelm but to bring awareness.
