We just hit 600 members in this group — what a milestone! Thought this would be a great chance to re-introduce ourselves and welcome the newer faces. Most of you already know Tim Whitman (because let’s be real, he’s in here more than the admins), but for those who don’t know me yet — I’m Josh. I’ve been in real estate for 21 years, own a mortgage company, flip homes in Southern California, and still take on clients with every real estate need I can help them with. My goal is to not be in the day-to-day trenches, but to provide you guys with those leads so I could do more stuff like this. I started this community because I wish something like this existed when I was coming up — a place where agents could get real advice, support, and opportunities to grow. Whether you’re here to learn about investing, level up your real estate business, or just need a community that actually gets it — you’re in the right spot. That way we know where to send off-market listings, fix and flip deals, wholesale opportunities, and even team-up chances for buyers, sellers, and investments.
