RAINMAKER REPORT Part 1: $171,080 in sales w/ 7 emails...and we ain't done yet.
I've been purty quiet round these Ronin parts lately. Truth be told back in August I was in the ER 3x's in 4 days. I was pretty well toast for about a month and felt like I was on my last leg... So I took my foot off the gas a lot. But my money didn't. All because of Ronin. Now, we're still not sure wth happened to me but needless to say? I value my time and energy more than ever these days. So I jumped on a juicy campaign referral that came my way from a previous rainmaker partner who I did about $243k in 28 days for. It's a list of 46k peeps in the Woo Wooest of markets. I'm pretty good in the Woo Woo market... But this has to be probably one of the SOFTEST offers I've ever tackled. Soft means VERY intangible results in the spiritual market. My first email got me a whopping 20 handraisers. But that's because I spelled the email wrong that they were supposed to reply to. Just keeping it real lol. All my best campaigns seem to have something go wonky with the first email. But the 2nd T1 that went out? 1300 hand raisers... Jackpot! I've got a $1200 pay-in-full digital program (10 payments of $155) And as of today I'm sitting at $125,044 in cash collected ($171,080 in sales). I've only sent 7 emails so far in the throws of CHRISTMAS SHOPPING! I'm aiming for 444 sales (1% of the list size) and I've still got 6 days left in the Rainmaker. Will I hit that? I have no idea. But you better bet I'm aiming at it. I'll do a part two to this email when the campaign wraps up and share final numbers... ...and also how I'm going to keep the cash flow going with this partner EVEN after the campaign is well and done. Special shoutout to @Jay Beckham and @Jonny Hopkinson for jumping in and tapping like demons when those 1300 hand raisers poured in. In your corner, ~ Tony P.S. I managed to land an affiliate deal w a SAAS CEO
I spoke with him yesterday and we crafted an offer for me to help him sell his software. His software is almost like an alternative to the chatbot. It's an AI software that can gather info from multiple sources online and you can craft different kinds of documentation. "An AI chatbot that searches summarizes, and translates info from multiple sources to produce trustworthy research. Feed lengthy research documents to stacks of dry compliance requirements and extract the key findings you need." Now, here's what makes it kinda different from a standard Ronin deal. I understand that we are the choosers. That said when i propose the deal to run a test on his existing database of free trial users that didn't commit to a paid subscription. (I was hoping to test a sales saver campaign.) He gave me the expected reaction that Travis once mentioned. Ppl will say this is too good to be true. Yet his main concern was giving me access to his existing database right of the bat without me showing any case studies. So he gave me an alternative to test something out 1st and if we do well on this one i can have access to his database. He gave me 3 payment links that have a much higher discount than the Appsumo lifetime pricing discounts for each 1, 2, and 3 tiers. And i get a 15% discount for each purchase. (I'm basically an affiliate) Once I test this out, we will meet up again 2 weeks from now. And if i do well he will give me access to his entire database. TLDR: I managed to land an affiliate deal w a CEO of a AI Software. He wants me to sell his software w a much higher discount than what is currently priced in Appsumo. This is just a test since he feels concerned about letting me have access to his customer list w no case study. Once i do well on this he will let me have access to his parade. I'm about to delve into the Passive income flow mojo to learn more about how Travis did it w SAAS. Any advice on this to market research, tips on finding the ideal audience to sell to would be appreciated!

@James Foster Yeah, you're right. The initial proposal for a sales saver test didn't go as I expected. Yet he offered to test this out 1st then I'll have access to his database once I do well. And yeah, I'd be happy to give this a go since it's something that I can learn from and grow. But I'm still gonna reach out to more potential partners to set up an actual Ronin deal.

@Michael Ramirez Thank you! I plan to delve more into the softwares appsumo page and learn from the people who bought.
Update your Ronin Bios (pls & ty)
I go through the Ronin member directory daily to find potential folks to set up deals with or possibly give a referral. ... I've talked to other Ronin who do similar... And while I love a clever or inspirational bio as much as the next person... "TBD" "I love to surf" "Here to add value" or "Always be learning" ...Doesn't help us know if you're a potential partner for a deal we're putting together. So if you're here to do deals? Maybe consider putting in your bio what you're good at and/or how you can help. In your corner either way, James ABC - Always Be Clever

@James Foster I'm not quite sure what my real card as a Ronin yet. I'm learning sales saver and PSM at the moment since i want to make them as my main 2 swords. Before Ronin, I used to market, build chatbots for real estate agencies, restaurants and run it w FB ads to generate leads and build a list.

@James Foster Thanks James! I'm still wrapping my Ronin goggles around by habitually avoiding to look at the product and look beyond the product by focusing on the parade and what they want

Hey Travis thank you so much for always making new content to clarify what we do as Ronins (positioning, etc.) I know it's a long post and i just wanted to double check my understanding: I'd really appreciate it if you could correct my crockpot of a brain Travis: We could get access, control or ownership over ONE house and rent it to hundreds of people at the SAME TIME? Me: So this "one house" is our IP or their IP. When we have access to it. We can flip it and rent it to another flow of parade or in their existing parade for NEW Customers But with INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY… You can acquire it ONE TIME and rent it out to THOUSANDS if you want. Me: With IP, either our own toolbag or their own IP, we can flip it and rent it to thousands. On their parade, or different sellers who has their own parade looking to use it. We RENT IP to SELLERS! Me: Our IP, it could be PSM, Sales saver, etc. we rent it to sellers, aka people who has the assets (old courses, products, services, softwares and customer lists) Our Partners don’t give 2 tinkers darn about “IP”. Here’s what keeps biz owners awake: Worry and stress about CASH FLOW and running out of CASH to pay their expenses and themselves. NEW CUSTOMERS! We are in the NEW CUSTOMER BUSINESS! You will NEVER RUN OUT OF FIRST DATES with PARTNERS by offering NEW CUSTOMERS with NO risk and NO upfront money on those coffee dates! NEW CUSTOMER BROKER! Me: be careful not to direct convo about our toolbag. It's about them getting new customers, more eyeballs to new market, and what keeps them awake at night. “Here’s MY definition of value: To save someone time, energy or add more joy to their life. Save or make them money. Do any or all the above while you make them feel better about themselves and/or improve how other people see them.” open a CONVERSATION first…add value second If you don’t do any research, this will not work. Me: reading their materials, and newsletters, and watching their videos will give me a better idea of catering the convo about their mission and transitioning to how they can expand their mission by introducing it to a potential new market, eyeballs.
