Cold water and weights
I know Shaun has advised to keep cold water immersion and RT well apart, but I have a couple of questions which I thought I'd ask here in case anyone is interested. I do my cold water immersion every morning on waking. I currently do 3 minutes at 3 degrees celcius. How long do I need to wait before doing RT and why?

@Shaun Womersley I can do that. Sometimes what fits in has to over rule what's optimal right ? Did enjoy the post cold shower dopamine like

Things can only get Retaaaaaa
I've lost access to a thread elsewhere where I documented my journey with retatrutide so I thought I'd continue it here. It should always have been here tbh because the success im having with it is completely down to the excellent advice I've had from the man , the myth the legend, @Shaun Womersley It's only fair that present and future members here get to see how much a suitably qualified and capable advisor, I recommend Shaun unequivocally, can steer you in the right direction. So I began April the 8th with the following stats Weight 95.6kg Waist 38" Chest 48" Arms 17 1/2 Leg 26 1/2 Today I'm at Weight 80kg Waist 33 3/4 Chest 46" Arms 16 3/4 Legs 24 1/4 Okay I've lost a little muscle it would appear, however I'm in replacement dose try during this , wheres before I was running test a little higher ( still within human ranges ) but using the old dbol so there would have been some bloat in the first set of measurements. I'm hugely happy with the progress on appearance as a now look like ( and am ) a relatively fit and in shape bloke not a beer monster. It's really effective stuff if you can get into the mindset to go low and slow ( I was a diva a out this to begin with admittedly) In hunger free , have great energy and feel great. Stop me before I start looking like Kelly Osbourne but at this point I can't recommend this stuff , and the big homie Shaun , enough. Now I'm going out sprinting. Which if I did it when I weighed 95 kg , I think my hooves might have fallen off Dose as per Shaun was 0.5 mg first two weeks to acclimatise , then 1mg and my personal choice was not to go higher as it's enough to tickle this fat loss along with zero side effects and it means I get ten weeks out of a ten mg vial which isn't bad for a life changing result ( less than a tenner a week for the source I used )

Peptides Routine Start
Hello All, I've just started my new journey in the Peptides world, I've been researching it a lot and I think these tools can help me with endurance and rebuilding my body to how it should be (due to many years of abuse), I'm not after a quick fix and i don't mind waiting things out, I don't really need to lose any weight, even thou weight is a farce 🤣, i do however want to get down to 15 percent body fat, I'm currently sitting at about 19/20 - so here goes here is my stack so far : Weeks 1-3: BPC-157 + TB-500 + SS-31. Repair the foundation first. Week 3+: Add MOTS-c on ruck days. Build on the clean base. So a recap : BPC-157 — because I don’t stop training I train every day, no rest days. That means my joints, tendons, and gut are constantly taking a beating with no built-in recovery. BPC-157 helps drive blood flow, speeds up tendon repair, and keeps inflammation down. It also helps the gut, which matters when you’re training fasted at stupid o’clock and rucking heavy every other day. For me, this isn’t a bonus — it’s maintenance. Post gym, every session — 500mcg. TB-500 — because recovery isn’t just local BPC handles the specific injury sites. TB-500 works across the whole body. It helps with cell repair, reduces scar tissue, and deals with that accumulated fatigue you get from constant training. Stacked together, this is the Wolverine Stack — and the whole point is you actually recover instead of just grinding yourself into the ground. Every other gym day, evening — 2.5mg. SS-31 — fix the engine first This is different. SS-31 works at the mitochondrial level — basically repairing the energy system inside your cells. Simple way to look at it: if your engine is damaged, no amount of training or food fixes that properly. For me, this matters. I’m older, I’ve had metabolic issues in the past, and that kind of stress leaves damage behind even after you’ve cleaned everything up. This is about fixing the foundation so everything else actually works better. Ill then add in MOTsC in a few weeks

@Stuie Bee that one does simply make you feel like things are working better. At low dose I feel really good and some contend strongly that it's positive for health so perhaps it's a forever peptide
Shoulder warm up advice
My f***in shoulder pain has not abated. It’s now a constant companion. I can’t afford to pay for treatment at the moment and am sceptical anyway as no physio has ever given me any convincing advice. I backed off my weights a month ago and am now back up to where I was in bench/flyes/OHP etc. but it is a matter of grin and bear it. Any recommendations on how to thoroughly warm up the delts, the pain is in both anterior heads, in an attempt to lessen the pain? Ive never been a fan of warming up because it is so boring. It’s bad enough having to work out how to load the dumbbells with a calculator for every set😂

what exactly have you done to your shoulder ? I'm finding dmso really good for any tendon or soft tissue pain i have ( slipped disc ) . even by itself its good but can be used to carry pain killers through the skin ( i mixed aspirin into it to great effect ). i did mention dmso in that place that shall not now be named ( by me anyway) if you want to look it up. just be very careful you have clean hands as it makes the skin temporarily absorbent so you wouldn't want to touch a burnt out car or anything with it on your hands

24 05 26 General Update from original thread
Well, the updated backend training programme is nearly complete I will put the new stages 0 -1 -2 and the changes I have made for review and suggestions/explanations The changes include the specific clavicle and scapula activation drills for general mobility, but also rehab @Stuie Bee and clinical focus (i.e., MS and neuro impairment) These have been developed based on feedback on strength and stability outcomes from various group testing different protocols (not skool members) and additional research. So I appreciate any feedback and questions that you have. Most of you have gone through the initial Phases and are in Phase 3, but that gives you the opportunity to evaluate further and possibly try the other Phases to see if you notice any difference. @Alistair Laing @Ant Wynne Any help required regarding rescheduling workouts and types will also be covered. Some parts will be more relevant to each individual than others Phase 3 hasn't changed other than general feedback updates and a regression option suggested by @Gary Le Rosbifs You all know by now my focus on the Scapula Plane of motion and clavicular movement, which drives scapula position. There will also be a similar focus on the lower body, @Richard Clark Female-specific pelvis, hip, and knee will also be added @Davina Wasteney, @Sally McNamara, @Victoria Wadsworth This gets me onto the final skool sections Peptides Supplements and specifically Body Fat Loss Because if you don't know what is required, and how to Mobilise FFAs Transport and Oxidise them They will be re-esterified within 2 to 4 minutes. Thanks -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
