What’s one part of your content routine you want to smooth out this week?
We all have a part of our workflow that slows us down. What’s one thing you want to clean up or make easier this week? Could be outlining, editing, posting, scheduling — anything. Share the part you’re focusing on.

putting the visuals to the audio
Be honest… how many videos have you planned but never posted?
A few months ago, I had ideas, scripts, and even drafts saved on my phone. But no consistency. No system. No real results. I thought the problem was motivation. Turns out, it was process. Most people in content struggle not because they’re bad on camera, but because: They try to create everything from scratch every time They don’t repurpose content properly They don’t have a simple workflow or team support Once I switched to creating one core video and repurposing it across platforms, content stopped feeling like a burden and started feeling scalable. 💬 Curious what’s stopping you from posting consistently right now? Is it time, confidence, ideas, or editing? If you need help simplifying your content process, feel free to DM me. Happy to help 🤝 Https://wa.me/447388189933

i've probably got 100 scripts lined up, but part of it was where I was at when I was creating the contents. I would make a few of the videos or I would create series. Ideas of concepts, said that I would collapse them down or publish a rewritten version. Sometimes it was thinking my channel was gonna go a certain direction and then finding out people wanted something else from me or I would just keep going down a thought trail that I couldn't figure out how to present with my audience and based on what they wanted because I look at that. Sometimes it's we decide what we think they want and then they want something completely different and I think being sensitive to that cause you to have a file drawer full of scripts that you haven't touched in a while while.
Youtube Faceless
There is a lot of talk about faceless YouTube, however the high costs and 0 guarantee that the niche will work makes it complicated, what do you think?

It really depends on what you're doing what your topic is what your niche is what your value position is what you're trying to create an how you're wanting to necessarily capitalize on it. I think some people have gotten a eye fatigue on YouTube and I also feel like a lot of these faceless AI channels that have all these views are gaming the system and some kind of way or they're getting a lot of hits because of the CTR rate of their thumb nails and the titles but they're not delivering on the continent when you get into this video. So it really depends on what you're trying to do and how you're trying to do it I see people do in a lot of different ways I think the AI robot voice is cringe I have a faceless channel but I use my actual voice. I'm also coming from a place of expertise with my work I don't talk about anything that haven't lived or help somebody else live through so everything I say clocks with reality and everyone else's experiences of the advice I give is: helpful & reality Tested and my voice being human really helps. I would advise having a human touch of some sort really helps I've seen some channels where there's teams of humans behind it and they have an AI voice and of course it's all voiceover and those do well but they try to distinguish themselves as humans Contributing to it as opposed to Completely manufactured. So It really all depends what systems you're using what software you use how you're putting it all together In faceless AI has a wide range of quality I would say
chatgpt solution
I am on the $20/month plan on chatgpt. I use daily and it is lagging, slowing down, and I get pop up of unresponsive and then it fixes itself. I can't work on a tool that is slowing. Anybody here have options?

Personally I am not the biggest fan of Sam Altman and don't want him "coming for my cheeks" as the kids say lol. It all really depends on what you're using AI for… How much privacy and security you need with your information whether not it's sensitive I have a Lotta clean data I have to stay hit the computer I cannot play with AI at all letting any kind of client notes or treating a program framework stuff out there and to the world because it could be twisted in use for evil. So In the spirit of friendshipKeeping it real and sharing informationI might hopefully prevent you some of the pain I've experiencedStumbling through this blindly myself. Not sure what you've heard about notion AI but I highlyDiscourage it because it has complete amnesia from conversation to conversation massive reality drift and epistemic instabilityLike something out of the exorcist, If you want to be gaslit out of your reality and pushed into a frame that is of the Multiverse and not a variety that sounds like any fun. Another consideration is your particular cognitive architecture and what your nervous system needs in order to dance with artificial intelligence people don't really think about what is a great match for them until they get burned like I did. What I've had a good experience with is poppy AI it's a little bit of a learning curve but it's board-based I'm Neuro spicy that works well with me because I can physically see where my ideas are and I can segregate different types of ideas (social media relevant, contracts organized by projects and different platforms). I have a board has a few things for public and one for my back office structure IP etc. I can connect and disconnect folders of content examples of all kinds and information/prompts to multiple chat boxes simultaneously, so I'm constantly re-organizing visually whatever I need whether that be a script for YouTube or some of the social media Content even some of the frameworks that I've created for my colleagues that do that certain types of therapy and coaching. Thje agility and infinite space to break down ideas absorb and translate different kinds of content andinformation makes it easy for me to run my private practice and YT, as well as ghostwrite or create frameworks or systems for other creators/influencers/practitioners. With poppy, I use Claude it's much more of a research friendlyAI not to mention anthropic is not cannibalistic like open AI is, So it's not siphoning off bits of information on how you work or what you do in order to compete with you or decide whether not they want to buy you. That's my big problem with OpenAI.
