Claude Code Subscriptions CANCELLED (I have a FIX)
Hey Academy, Anthropic just made a major change to Claude Code—you can no longer use the Max subscription with the -p parameter or the Agent SDK. If you've built automations or your own AI agents on top of Claude Code, this affects you directly. In this video I break down exactly what changed, why Anthropic made the move, and what it means for developers relying on the SDK for automated workflows. I'll also walk through a clever workaround called Claude Heartbeat that uses Claude Code hooks to inject messages into your interactive session—essentially keeping your automations alive. Along the way, you'll learn how Claude Code hooks actually work and see practical ideas for using them in your own projects, like auto-committing code to GitHub when a session ends.

I am still over here trying to figure out the basics in the API stuff... This all changes so fast!
What part of your workflow do you want to simplify going into the new year?
before adding new tools or goals, it helps to remove friction. What’s one part of your content workflow you want to simplify — planning, editing, posting, or tracking? Cleaner systems → easier consistency.

I want make my process for creating and assembling visuals for my voice over videos.
What’s one part of your content routine you want to smooth out this week?
We all have a part of our workflow that slows us down. What’s one thing you want to clean up or make easier this week? Could be outlining, editing, posting, scheduling — anything. Share the part you’re focusing on.

putting the visuals to the audio
Be honest… how many videos have you planned but never posted?
A few months ago, I had ideas, scripts, and even drafts saved on my phone. But no consistency. No system. No real results. I thought the problem was motivation. Turns out, it was process. Most people in content struggle not because they’re bad on camera, but because: They try to create everything from scratch every time They don’t repurpose content properly They don’t have a simple workflow or team support Once I switched to creating one core video and repurposing it across platforms, content stopped feeling like a burden and started feeling scalable. 💬 Curious what’s stopping you from posting consistently right now? Is it time, confidence, ideas, or editing? If you need help simplifying your content process, feel free to DM me. Happy to help 🤝 Https://wa.me/447388189933

i've probably got 100 scripts lined up, but part of it was where I was at when I was creating the contents. I would make a few of the videos or I would create series. Ideas of concepts, said that I would collapse them down or publish a rewritten version. Sometimes it was thinking my channel was gonna go a certain direction and then finding out people wanted something else from me or I would just keep going down a thought trail that I couldn't figure out how to present with my audience and based on what they wanted because I look at that. Sometimes it's we decide what we think they want and then they want something completely different and I think being sensitive to that cause you to have a file drawer full of scripts that you haven't touched in a while while.
Youtube Faceless
There is a lot of talk about faceless YouTube, however the high costs and 0 guarantee that the niche will work makes it complicated, what do you think?

It really depends on what you're doing what your topic is what your niche is what your value position is what you're trying to create an how you're wanting to necessarily capitalize on it. I think some people have gotten a eye fatigue on YouTube and I also feel like a lot of these faceless AI channels that have all these views are gaming the system and some kind of way or they're getting a lot of hits because of the CTR rate of their thumb nails and the titles but they're not delivering on the continent when you get into this video. So it really depends on what you're trying to do and how you're trying to do it I see people do in a lot of different ways I think the AI robot voice is cringe I have a faceless channel but I use my actual voice. I'm also coming from a place of expertise with my work I don't talk about anything that haven't lived or help somebody else live through so everything I say clocks with reality and everyone else's experiences of the advice I give is: helpful & reality Tested and my voice being human really helps. I would advise having a human touch of some sort really helps I've seen some channels where there's teams of humans behind it and they have an AI voice and of course it's all voiceover and those do well but they try to distinguish themselves as humans Contributing to it as opposed to Completely manufactured. So It really all depends what systems you're using what software you use how you're putting it all together In faceless AI has a wide range of quality I would say
