Hey Coaches! Let's Practice Sales Calls Together!
Quick question: Who's up for practicing sales calls? I'm looking for a few partners to sharpen our skills together. Here’s what I’m thinking: - We’ll do pretended sales calls, give each other feedback, and just generally help each other improve. - If you don't want to practice sales calls on your own, but want to be my practice client, I can give back the favor in a different way (brainstorming, feedback on your website or something like this). This will be fun and super relaxed – just coaches helping coaches get better. If you’re interested, drop a comment or DM me. Can’t wait to team up!

@Jack Moscrop I love that it has everything from both worlds: Small city + big city. Nature and city life. The Englischer Garten is so big and you can find some amazing spots to just relax and enjoy life

@Kiara Ganten Sure, we can meet for tea ☺️I started following you, so we can stay in contact
It will suck, it will be embarrasing, it is real. How do you deal with it?
Ed told in the call today: "Build an anti-fragile person. The only anti-fragile person is the one of the learner." What is your biggest motivator and self-esteem booster to not give up, to fall and stand up, again and again, and face embarrasement despite big fear?

@Molly Möller It's feedback, not failure - yes, you either win or you learn 😁 One way I learned to remove ego is to see you, your program and your business as three different things. Only one messed up, never all three, and this means you can easily fix that.

@Albert Martinez I guess you are right, it's a journey. We were born as anti-fragile learners, which babies constantly proof. As adults we are on the journey to gain back this confidence, growth mindset and curiousity.

@Faith Canter There are also a lot of people with trauma and even sympoms like fatigue who have money. Maybe they have rich parents or they have a partner who brings in the money. You could try to start working with them to bring in money. You could also try to offer group coaching, to make it affordable. If group coaching works, you could reduce the costs even more by offering even more affordable products, e.g. digital products. If you start with one problem, e.g. fatigue, you will also attract people who are still able to work on their own, but see that they won't be able to do it forever. Later, when you have a name, you can widen your niche and add even more symptoms. There are so many healers, who work with sick people, but are still able to make money. If you have worked on your own money mindset and feel worthy of the money, you will get more and more resources to help even more people. The stronger you are, the more you can help. I know it might feel aweful to not being able to help everyone now, especially the ones who need it the most. But you need to fill your cup first to be able to help others.
Let's have a walk🚶‍♂️Do you know forest bathing? 🌲🚶‍♂️🌳🌲🚶‍♂️🌳🌲🚶‍♂️🌳🌲🌳
First, I love trees. especially the Birch tree, because it's a pioneer species and a symbol of rebirth, new beginnings, and growth. It is a sacred tree in the Celt mythology and is thought to have a protective influence. Birch Trees are known to be powerful. Some studies done about the Japanese concept called Shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing”) have demonstrated the power of trees in terms of growth, open-mindedness, strength and inner peace. What exactly is forest bathing? The term comes from Japan in the 80’s as a physiological and psychological exercise called Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing or taking in the forest atmosphere). There are 2 ideas behind the purpose of the forest bathing concept: to offer an eco-antidote to tech-boom burnout. and to inspire residents to reconnect with and protect the country’s forests. The Japanese quickly embraced this form of ecotherapy. In the 90s, researchers began studying the physiological benefits of forest bathing, providing the science to support what we innately know: This practice is a process of relaxation. Because it is the simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply, can help both adults and children to reduce stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way. You can just go to a forest or a park and walk around and why not hunting mushrooms or berries? But also simply sitting down under the trees. Another way is to give a big hug to the tree to feel the connection with Mother Nature. Personally, I do love having a walk and sitting against a tree, reading a book, and sometimes just smelling the forest. But sometimes it is just about looking for some fruits around me. My favorite thing is observing the wildlife and meditating when life comes back in spring. And this is one of the reasons this website is about trees. Nature combined with inner exploration is one of the best ways to realise our potential. Finding inner peace in a safe environment you find by yourself and feeling the inner connection could help even when you come back home and need to retrieve the peace using this memory as a booster or a safer tool.
