Claude 3 or ChatGPT 4(v)Normally I would buy both, but not this month. Can't decide.
I'm leaning towards Claude 3, but will the 4(v) vision be worth sticking with ChatGPT?

@Zahida A Khan Yes, they do provide testing metrics and it beats GPT in just about every area. I'll see how it goes. Who knows, perhaps GPT-5 will blow it out of the water.

@Tylan Miller Now,that is a lot of power. I knew you could combine Claude with ChatGTP, but not the others. Very interesting. Btw, Tylan is a cool name. Thanks for sharing.

Welcome.
Groq: Has anyone used this yet?
This is not Grok (Elon Musk's). This is an open source and you don't need an account so you don't need to log in. www.groq.com If anyone has used it, let me know your experience. I wanted to know why I would use it since I have ChatGPT paid version. Here is the prompt I asked it: Prompt: I currently ChatGPT 4 that has the ability to create images and I have access to hundreds of Plugins with that account. Give me reasons why I should use Groq? Groq response: While ChatGPT 4 is a powerful language model with impressive capabilities, Groq offers several unique advantages that make it a valuable addition to your toolkit. Here are some reasons why you might consider using Groq: 1. High-Performance Computing: Groq's tensor streaming processor (TSP) is designed to accelerate machine learning workloads, delivering up to 1,000 TOPS (tera operations per second) of performance. This makes it well-suited for applications that require high-performance computing, such as large-scale machine learning model inference. 2. Scalability: Groq's TSP is designed to scale, allowing you to process large volumes of data quickly and efficiently. This makes it an ideal solution for applications that require real-time data processing and analysis, such as sensor data processing in autonomous vehicles or real-time recommendation systems. 3. Ease of Use: Groq's TSP is programmed using a simple, intuitive programming language, making it easy to use even for those without extensive programming experience. This allows you to focus on building your application, rather than worrying about the underlying hardware. 4. Flexibility: Groq's TSP is designed to be flexible, allowing you to use it for a wide range of applications, from computer vision and natural language processing to recommendation systems and autonomous systems. This makes it a versatile tool that can be used across a variety of industries and use cases. 5. Support and Community: Groq has a strong support and community ecosystem, with a dedicated team of experts available to help you with any questions or issues you may have. This ensures that you have the resources you need to be successful, whether you're building a small proof-of-concept or a large-scale production system.

@Julie Helmer Groq is head and shoulders above GPT in providing precise and orderly details. It's all meat and no sizzle. For example, here is a book outline I prompted on each. Groq is actually telling me what I should write, while GPT-4 just provides general ideas and it's all over the place. It's messy. I asked "Provide me a book outline about email marketing." The clear winner is Groq. Chat GPT -4 Introduction - Overview of Email Marketing - Importance of Email Campaigns in Digital Marketing - How This Book Will Help Chapter 1: Understanding Email Marketing - Definition and Scope - Benefits of Email Marketing - Types of Email Campaigns - Email Marketing Statistics and Success Stories Chapter 2: Setting the Foundation - Defining Your Audience and Goals - Building and Segmenting Your Email List - Understanding Email Regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act) Chapter 3: Crafting Your Email Strategy - Setting Clear Objectives - Deciding on the Types of Emails to Send - Determining Email Frequency and Timing - A/B Testing and Optimization Chapter 4: Designing Effective Emails - Basics of Good Email Design - Writing Compelling Subject Lines and Copy - Using Visuals in Emails - Creating Mobile-Friendly Emails - Call-to-Action (CTA) Best Practices Groq Sure, here's an outline for a book on setting up an email campaign: I. Introduction - Explanation of the importance of email marketing in today's digital age - Overview of the book and its goals II. Understanding Email Marketing - Explanation of the different types of email campaigns (e.g. newsletters, promotional emails, transactional emails, etc.) - Overview of the email marketing funnel - Explanation of the concept of email list building III. Setting Up Your Email Campaign - Explanation of the different email marketing platforms available - Overview of the process for setting up an email campaign, including creating a list, designing an email template, and scheduling emails - Explanation of the importance of email deliverability and how to improve it
Gemini Ultra
For Plus users, I was just curious to know your thoughts on Gemini Ultra. I know it's early in its development, so I won't be too harsh, but Ultra doesn't seem very quick on the draw. It appears clunky, slow, and sometimes it omits letters, having to go back to fit them in (I know, weird). Feel free to share your thoughts and tell me if I'm being too unfair. lol.

@Nasser Jones Exactly. Somethings off. It doesn't give me precise answers. GTP moves like a Lamborghini compared to Gemini. lol.
RE: Mind Mapping Software
@Steven Suchar Thanks again for providing this wonderful list.https://www.marktechpost.com/2023/11/08/40-cool-ai-tools-you-should-check-out-april-2023/ I can attest to using some of these tools and I have no complaints about any: Otter AI(transcription), Doctopus AI(a really fast slide maker), Perplexity(lots of fun), 10web(a WordPress wonder tool), and Kickresume. I did not think about Canva Magic Studio for mind maps, which I just happened to purchase. I'll show the group how they come out. Have a wonderful Tuesday peeps.
