🚵‍♀️❤️🚵‍♀️Are you really “too old” to ride a bike…
or did someone just tell you that once? So many women say: “I’m too old.” “It’s been too long.” “I’ll look silly.” “I’m not in shape.” Here’s the truth: Women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond are getting back on bikes every single day. You don’t have to ride 50 miles. You don’t have to wear spandex or lycra. You don’t even have to be fast. You just have to start where you are. Bike Women Bike is an online community for everyday women who want to reconnect with cycling — at their pace, on their terms. We believe: 🚲 Every ride’s a good ride. 💜 All rides count. 🌿 You’re never too old to begin again. If you’ve been thinking about riding again… this might be your sign. Bike Women Bike 🚵‍♀️❤️🚲 ***ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET!!

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

@Yvonne Carter such a need here in the US as most of the fabric stores have closed. We have to drive pretty far to find anything.

@Yvonne Carter I can imagine. I think people aren't learning how to sew as much (at least here in the states). I have a friend who was teaching sewing in high school and college, searching for machines for students etc. Here there are starting to be more quilting circles. We just moved and there was one where we moved from and there's one here.... an old tradition, revived.
Do you have a million reasons you can no longer ride a bicycle?
I hear this from so many women. "I'm too old." "I haven't ridden in years." "I don't think I know how anymore" "I don't think I can balance." "My bike is buried in the garage." "I gave my bike away" The BikeWomenBike community is all about inspiring everyday women to get back on their bike whether it's on the road or a local rail trail or a mountain bike trail, there are places for everyone to ride. We believe every ride's a good ride and all rides count!! Inside members find resources to help figure out what type of bike, what gear they need and community joining them on the journey or reconnecting and celebrating the freedom and joy of cycling. If this is you, come check it out!! Bike Women Bike 🚵‍♀️❤️🚲

I finally tried to use ChatGPT to make ads for socials. I feel like I stepped through a door that had been locked! This will be a game changer. The Balanced Rider is gaining slow but steady momentum!

I find Chat can be really helpful. Love the ads. They look great.
#What’sUpWednesday Why High-Level Coaches Fail at Delegation (And How to Fix It Tomorrow)
If you are a Coach or Consultant who has hired a VA only to take the work back because "it’s faster if I do it myself," you don't have a bad team. You have a process failure. Most founders try to delegate based on time (offloading cheap tasks). But if you are still exhausted, it's because you are ignoring Energy. Tomorrow, Thursday 2/19/2026, at 12:00 PM EST, we are hosting a Deep Dive Workshop inside Unlock the Collective. We are highlighting the "Delegation Matrix" the exact framework we use to help founders move from Solopreneur to Executive. We will cover: - The Energy Audit: Identify the "Trap Zone" tasks that are secretly killing your revenue. - The Handoff Protocol: How to document a task so it gets done right the first time (no hovering required). This isn't a "chat." It is an engineering sprint for your operations. [Join the Delegation Deep Dive for Coaches Here]

It was definitely easier to delegate as a manager than it is as an entrepreneur....
