Still working my way on contacting claimants. The hardest for me is trying to skip trace these deceased people. @David Church what ways have you found that work!?!?! I'm finding obituary posts, but don't I also need to find the death certificate and then move on to children and deeds to properties for proof/evidence? I'd like to get at least my FIRST deal under my belt
