pay-per-deal compliant objection (mortgage niche)
Hey guys, I don't know how to handle this objection when a potential client says we're not too sure if the 90/10% split is compliant. How do we pay you our 10% what makes it compliant? So they're trying to call their compliant department and try to figure that out. How do I get around this so I can close a deal in one call? So what is your experience guys and getting around this compliance thing? We tell them we're just going to invoice them as a marketing vendor. That's what we say.

Paying contract on the call?
Yo guys do you close your clients on the call? (like paying money and signing the contract) or do you just send them the stuff and they sign the contract couple days later? I already sent 2 contracts they didn't even open them and I've never heard from them again

appointments/sales cales problem
Hey everyone, Thanks to paid ads, getting appointments isn't a problem anymore. However, the majority (about 90%) of the loan officers/brokers I'm attracting are "broke" and only close 1-2 deals per month. (just enough to cover their living expenses) They don't have the budget to invest in paid ads and are looking for a service where I provide them with appointments at no upfront cost, and they pay me a percentage if they close a deal. My ads currently say, 'Only pay us 10% per client.' Should I change this wording, start filtering these leads more effectively, or take a different approach? (btw I've attached one of my ad creatives.) Thanks for your help!

Mortgage cost per lead
Hey guys is there anyone who is in the mortgage niche or does anyone know what is a good CPL and CPA in the mortgage niche? Broad, lead form with only 1 disqualifying question, targeting first-time home buyers.
