2026 Goals
Caribe Nation, I want to know your goals for 2026. Share below. Ready... GO!!!

I am 62 years old. Learnt (in the order of) breaststroke, pulldown method, butterfly, freestyle and backstroke between June and August 2025. Continued practice for another two months, then, taking a break as the pool waters would be cold for the next few months. My goal for 2026 would be to fine tune my strokes, be more confident in turns between frontfloat and backfloat, improve underwater breathing, and last and most important, improve stamina for doing continuous laps. Let's see, fingers crossed 🤞.

I have greatly benefitted from your videos as well as your online chat sessions. I used to struggle with the pulldown method in front glide, but have now picked it up very well and enjoy it very much. I am better in freestyle however am not fully confident to complete lap after lap. That ease, I suppose, will come after some time. Backstroke is another area where my confidence is still low. I hope to overcome that weakness too. Thank you, Coaches!
Swimming with a mild muscle pull
I have a mild muscle pull in my lower back since last evening. Is it right to swim at this time? If yes, which swimming styles are advisable to practise?
