Need your help: How to Hold Your Breath
Caribe Nation, I’m working on a secret project that is going to CHANGE THE GAME... Jan 1, 2026, you will have access to a tool that gives you the exact solution to EVERY fear, mistake, or panic moment in learning to swim. BUT, to make it perfect, I need your experience. Question: What happens to you when you try to put your face in the water and hold your breath? Tell me the truth — not the filtered version. Think about: - What you feel (fear, panic, overwhelm) - What you think (“I’ll drown,” “I can’t breathe,” “I’ll lose control”) - What your body does (nose burns, chest tightens, tense neck, water in nose) - Any emotional or spiritual reactions (“something bad will happen,” “I’m not safe,” etc.) - Any strategies you have used to master this step - How many [estimated] practice repetitions this took to master - Any additional information you think may help! Big or small. Logical or not. Doesn’t matter. If it happens, I want to know it. Your answers will help me create a tool that solves these problems for you and every new adult swimmer who comes after you. Post your experience below! BIG Love.– Coach Jeff P.S. I will be sending another email on your front floating experience later this week. I would love your continued support then as well!
