Hello everybody This my current intro excerpt and wanted to know what you guys think, it'll likely change or be similar in the future. "We are never equal and that's perfectly okay. God made it that way for us to interpret the world and build a story worth living. We can only speak from the tales we create and experience the world as we grow old and eventually die. That sounds pretty harsh but I feel more okay with this thought per day and each year comes with wins and losses that we very well take for granted. I keep things humble and on the beaten path to winning this game of life and to unfold a real heroic tale of efforts that took weird paths to get there. I sternly believe in this RNG and the contradictions and have the common sense to "Just listen" and more importantly stop complaining about the bullshit that I can't control. My soul grieves more with the people that love me unconditionally and that I genuinely try to learn from basically everything. This can be tender and requires the right seasoning and conditioning to make that perfect steak. To wake up to warm sweetener decaf and bacon/eggs with slightly toasted toast. It feels good to let go and just do shit to make it happen. So wake up. It's very real today. I love you." by DeDe

100kg Bench Press
Good Morning Fam! I have a really old goal of reaching 100kg Bench Press and currently 60.8kg bodyweight. Below will be my personal log of when I remember to put in things I've done with a date ending of when it happened. Feel free to post a SINGLE thing and edit/update accordingly to show your Bench Press Progressions! Bench Press Style > Weight > Reps x Sets Scheme and any notes of what happened. Normal bench press with top set of 70kg x 3 and worked with 65kg x 8 as back off set - 18.2.26 Did incline smith machine 55kg 8 x 2 and bodyweight dips 5 x 3 with deep pauses - 19.2.26 70kg Bench Press 3 x 1 as top set again and 65kg x 10 back off set and nailing down bulldog grip, end thumb tip grip and remembering to use leg drive - 21.2.26 -- Make a SINGLE post about your progress and use the edit button to make updates to keep these posts clean :D
