I have a really old goal of reaching 100kg Bench Press and currently 60.8kg bodyweight.
Below will be my personal log of when I remember to put in things I've done with a date ending of when it happened. Feel free to post a SINGLE thing and edit/update accordingly to show your Bench Press Progressions!
Bench Press Style > Weight > Reps x Sets Scheme
and any notes of what happened.
Normal bench press with top set of 70kg x 3 and worked with 65kg x 8 as back off set
Did incline smith machine 55kg 8 x 2 and bodyweight dips 5 x 3 with deep pauses
70kg Bench Press 3 x 1 as top set again and 65kg x 10 back off set and nailing down bulldog grip, end thumb tip grip and remembering to use leg drive
