I really enjoyed the session. I liked the concept of two birds. The tree they were in representing their oneness. It was great metaphorically to think of the two birds as the observer and the observed. I believed I was in the observer category. As we moved along, I realized I spend time in the observed category as well. I appreciated the share that Sarah did about her lived experience and how she came to start her journey on personal growth. I too have shared a similar background and experience, and it was helpful to hear another’s story about how they came to the catalyst to change their life and their thought processes. I look forward to sharing another Saturday with Sara and learning more from all the participants sharing.
