Recently i've had the personal goal of getting the star in my community. 👉This means getting to #30 or under in Discovery. I figured the easiest way to get it and build a stronger community would be to set up a big prize and have us all work together for it (so that when we get it, it's a US victory, not a ME victory). 😅Well, turns out that posts that encourage you to do tons of activities for the sake of getting activities are considered "engagement farming". I hadn't really considered what we were doing as that, but when someone reached out to warn me about it, it makes total sense. 👉So, here's what we're doing going forward: ❤️We're going to continue building an amazing community and culture in this space. ❤️We're going to continue connecting with each other. ❤️and we're all going to go to Costa Rica in 2026 whether we get the star or not. Let's just DO ITTTT!!!! 👇So, who wants to come? In January, we'll start planning (Reminder, you will have to pay to attend but I will take no profit on the trip so you'll get all of the coaching and masterminding that we do for free)

🙃I have had a lot to say today, but, it's been busy with calls back to back. 😅 Here's a break down of my day: get no sleep wake up late rush to get everybody situated before coffee chats coffee chat call with professional for my business lunch and diaper break for fam call with client call with other client break to clean up, make dinner, eat dinner, and get everyone to bed about to start another call with another client 👉I had a few posts I wanted to make today but I will make them after my last call ends in 2 hours.
