Planning to mix up a large sourdough batch this afternoon then cold proof overnight. My daughter is here to get in on the action. I’m curious about the yeast version and may end up mixing that up in the morning. I’m excited to try the trip to the freezer for some fancy scoring….

@Sandy Chong I make mine with black tea. I usually do a second ferment adding pomegranate juice or coffee. My hubby loves coffee kombucha!
