So my hubby's been bugging the hell out of me to try and get a sourdough loaf thats a jalapeño and cheddar loaf done so I finally said okay to trying. I am pulling it out of the fridge in 45 mins and letting her warm up then ill put her into the oven I'll post a Pic of her after math when shes done. Baking

Second loaf what are the thoughts of this bread just pulled her out of the oven not to long ago

So I made sourdough 2 nights ago but the 24 hours it was in the fridge. My MIL didn't want the oven on so I waited til last night and the loaf I thought I screwed up turned out pretty decent I said if it pancakes then I know something happend maybe to much water or something but it looks good now for this bad. Girl here she had 67g of starter by accident trying to watch my daughter not eat suff off the ground and bake at the same time 😅 hope it warms up enough so I can make the kitchen roasting hot lol we have a small kitchen
