Born and raised in Ly, and like many of you, I jumped into wholesaling after that moment when the 9–5 grind finally broke me. I remember sitting in my car before work feeling empty, knowing I needed a different life. That’s the same fire most of us carry when we enter this game. But let’s be real, the journey hits hard. Dead leads, ghosted calls, cold lists that feel lifeless. I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong. Turns out the leads weren’t dead… they were just untouched, un-positioned, and un-framed. Everything shifted when I started using something I call the Spotlight Post, a simple positioning move that warms cold leads fast and makes sellers lean in instead of disappear. It brought life back to leads I had already written off. Not saying it’s been smooth, this industry tests your patience and your identity. But this week, after leaning into the spotlight strategy and tightening my lead rhythm, I closed 7 contracts. It’s been wild, and honestly, it reminded me why we push through the messy middle. If you’re grinding right now with cold lists and slow traction, don’t take it personal. Your systems just haven’t caught up to your effort yet. Keep testing, keep adjusting, keep showing up. @Shehryar KhanIt’s actually a simple framework I use called the Blog-Lead-Driving Strategy. The whole idea is to turn short blog-style posts into tiny traffic magnets that warm up cold leads, drive attention back to you, and make your conversations hit way easier. Nothing complicated, just a blog posted on a high traffic blog website + strategic positioning + light traffic loops.

@Shehryar Khan Yeah, so I run this through a high-traffic blog, owned by a blogger with high traffic of different niche, where I share real lead-generation insights and case studies. Each post quietly warms cold leads, drives attention, and gets conversations started, it's the one that help me close in the deals. It’s a mix of content, positioning, and light traffic loops basically a silent engine that keeps leads alive. People see the value and naturally start asking questions.
