So the end of the year is slowly creeping up on us soon 2025 will be old and gone in and 2026 will come in swiftly. What is going to be the last thing you work on to close out the year? For me, I’m trying to wrap up several seller financing deals so that I can get them submitted to buyers before the year is out but like everything it always takes a little bit longer than one anticipates to negotiate the final details with sellers. What are you gonna work on before the year is out?

I'm meeting with a business owner to discuss terms and look over the numbers tomorrow. He's 72 years old and I'm going to try and pitch owner financing. I don't see him wanting to deal with any agreement longer than 10 years. I'll need a substantial down payment from a private lender. Where can I find lenders!?

Here is a really big debate. Will you stop or will you continue over Christmas? Some people say Christmas is actually one of the best times to call because it is when your sellers realise the difficult situation they might actually be in. Others say the opposite respect peoples holiday time. What do you say?

I am working on the biggest deal that I have had the honour of being able to work on in wholesaling. This is five properties that are all quadruplexes valued at over $2 million and the deal structure is seller financing. Yup 👍🏻 so excited.
