I hope I am leaving my homework in the right place!😜 I’m never that comfortable with my voice. First of all, I’ve always been on the shy side, except for in small groups, and secondly, my singing voice is horribly out of tune, even though I adore music and singing. My impulse is to not explore anything as far as healing with my voice, but my biggest Takeaway from your class was that when I made myself do it anyway, even though it would not have sounded pleasing to somebody else, it did still help me feel a little more still and grounded.

@Kalee Coombs I really like the silicone mallets, too. I have one that has collected some lint/fuzz…..what is the best way to clean these, please?

That was so interesting. I appreciate how you teach from your soul. Before the sound meditation I felt pretty worried and stressed (about something I don’t have control over). I thought the meditation brought me very present, and put things into perspective for me without words, if that makes sense. I also absorb a lot of other peoples energy like so many here and hold it when it’s really not mine to hold onto. This helped me to let some things go….I feel lighter. I think my biggest takeaway was that even a short meditation like that with sound can help me connect more deeply to intuition. And it does not need to be complicated. Thank you, Kaylee.
