Hi all! A little while ago, Taylor and I had a conversation about how we could get together more often in activities and have more shares happening with our group. This gave me the idea that I should share that I would love to see you guys share more and get together independently of me. This group is really not about me. It's more about us all together as a community. Some ideas: 1. Open up some meetings on the calendar for the Crystal Bowl Mastery members to share in Sound Meditations --Taylor mentioned leading this, however, having all contribute. 2. Create a "Happy hour" or "Tea time" where we could create a meeting as a hangout, where we could get to know each other better, even with some discussions outside of Sound Healing. 3. You could also take a look at the map and see if there are any members, even if it's just one or two that live close by and perhaps you could meet together in person. I feel it's important for you to know that you can share here and create something for the calendar and that I'm giving you complete permission to do so. So if you have a creative idea or you'd like to share something, that may not seem like it's only sound healing, but it will pull people together as a community. Please feel free to share and let me know if you'd like me to add something to the calendar. Soon, I will be making Taylor an admin for our group, so you may reach out to her as well. Over the years, working with hundreds of people in sound healing—especially with vocal toning and crystal bowls—I’ve noticed something interesting. Many people who feel deeply drawn to working with sound and vibration say it feels familiar, like something they’ve done before. Sensitive souls, natural healers, and those who resonate with frequency work often share a sense that they may have experienced this in another time—sometimes even in Atlantis. Personally, some past-life memories came to me through meditation and sound healing practices. I had impressions of working with sound, crystals, dolphins, and healing temples in Atlantis. I’m curious… Do any of you feel a resonance with Atlantis or ancient sound healing practices? Would love to hear your experiences. 🌊🔔✨

Hi all, I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. the sun is finally shining here in the UK so spring is definitely on it's way. I have not been able to do any sound for others or to record as I am still not 100% and sniffing really does take away from the desired effect 😂 Anyway, recently I experienced an issue when trying to swap one of my bowls for a larger size. I placed my order remembering to confirm the frequency of the bowl beforehand. When the bowl came and I excitedly unpacked it and got mallet in hand ready, I struck the bowl and grimaced. Now I liked the tone don't get me wrong but I knew something was not right. So I put my shiny new G bowl with my C and E and played them. That was when I knew. So I got my trusty tuner out to find that my new bowl was in fact a G3. Now I hadn't even considered the bowl not being in middle C as it did not state anything on the listing and all of the other bowls I have ever received have been in G4 unless otherwise stated. Anyway, long story short I ended up having to pay to return it and then had to accept a smaller bowl than I originally wanted as they didn't have what I ordered in the right octave. As I was in need of the bowl as I had already sold my old one, I had no choice. sadly we are limited here for suppliers. so I have found up to now anyway. Has anyone else had this experience? Anyhoo, now I know to make sure in future. The downside though, is that I now want a full set in G3 as I am totally in love with the deepness of the sound. I don't even have the endocrine set yet either 😂 I cannot afford myself 😂

Tonight went well! I got a lot of nice feedback! And it makes me want to attend more in person sound baths so I can understand how people begin and end them better.
