Morning Meditation 🧘
I’m working up to Kalee’s suggested morning ritual and it is not that easy 🥹 The cold I’ve been having since last Friday is getting worse. The cough and sore throat didn’t allow me much sleep time last night. This morning I was not up for a shower at all. And gosh, getting myself up to the same spot at the same time for my morning meditation with Kalee’s 10 minute Tranquility meditation should be a simple act but it wasn’t 🥹 Finally at the set time I mustered up all my might to sit up at the same spot. Turn on Kalee’s video and kept my focus on the sounds… I’m so looking forward to Nathaniel’s posting for tomorrow motivation 🙏 I’m guessing Discipline will be mentioned among other things. Because that’s what I did this morning to train my body and mind 🥹

Feel better Melanie 💚
Fourth ray of harmony
I decided before my bowl meditation I'd pull a card. This is from the lightworker Oracle. And this is what one of the passages said: When Arcangel Gabrielle enters your life, there will be an emphasis on the use of sound for healing and balance. So the words you use will be very powerful. So will music. You may use sound to help balance and restore your energy. You'll know when it has worked because you will feel happier and find life simpler. You may not immediately solve an issue, but start doing what you need to take care of yourself knowing resolution is on its way. The Universe is always validating. 💜 I'm hoping you are having a beautiful day!

Crystal Bowl Class this Saturday -Materials and Outline Uploaded
Hi pilot members for Crystal Bowl Mastery! I have just uploaded to the course under the classroom tab, a chord chart, some sample Set Lists with chord progressions, and a chart of the chakras and endocrine system with their corresponding bowl notes. In this workshop-style class, we’ll dive into the mechanics of playing crystal bowls with ease and flow. There will be a lot of information in this class, so in class three, we will take a deeper dive into this material and learn/practice more playing techniques. And of course, we will Q&A at the end. You’ll learn how to: - Set up your bowls for comfort, coherence, and musicality - Create harmonic grids for 1, 2, and 3 bowls - Play intervals and simple chords without clutter - Use a set list to guide your practice and sound baths - Explore foundational techniques: drone, spin, and tap This class focuses on hands-on learning; however, it's a lot of information, so you may want to watch, listen, absorb live, then go back to the recording, set up and play along at your own pace.

Yay! 🤗 So excited for this week’s class! And I absolutely agree… I rewatched the first lesson and got so much more out of it the second time through!! I could pause, rewind and really let it all slowly saturate! Thank you kalee! Can’t wait to see you all again on Saturday!!
About the Zoom meetings
Hi everyone, when you get a chance, you may want to download the latest version of zoom. https://zoom.us/download And take a moment to go under "audio settings"(from the meeting) and check the box that says original sound this way if you share your bowls, they will come across on the recording. This is optional we won't be sharing our bowls in the group because it creates a lot of problems. We will be sharing in posts or your pre-recorded videos. However, I just wanted to bring it up in case you wanted to make a video from Zoom yourself. I'm not a fan of using zoom, but it's the only software I can find that's reasonably priced that has an option for other people to hear the crystal bowls. They make changes all the time and it's hard to keep up with what works and what no longer works.

@Melanie Le great question!
Heads up--Safety for Crystal Bowls
Please keep the Crystal Bowls a distance away from a person's or animals' heads, especially in a tiny enclosed area, like a cave. The crystal bowls have a very pure sine wave and directional force, so it's best to keep them away from the head (and ears) and certainly not, almost touching. I don't have an exact measurement of the distance; however, look at the distance between my ears/head and to how low the bowls are in my videos while I'm playing. I've had my ears tested, and they are in excellent condition, as far as hearing higher and lower tones, at almost 61 years old. As a safety measure, I would keep the bowls from other's heads and ears even a little further away than this distance. It's best to ask people to turn off their hearing aids when facilitating a sound bath event or individual session. I've noticed they get a lot of static in their ears which is not very enjoyable. Remember that it's the feeling that we are after. Even if they can't hear the balls that well they still receive the benefits. I'm only thinking of this right now, but let's research about peacemakers. I have an intuition to just look into it. The bowls or crystal, so playing them intensely nonstop for a long period of time can break them. The more durable ones are the most expensive, such as the Alchemy bowls and thicker frosted crystal. They are breakable, so you may want to invest in some cases(even with protective cases, you need to wrap them in bubble paper and other material to keep them safe, especially on the bottom) and not allow anyone to pick them up or put them down, even the well-intentioned person who's trying to help you out. This is how many of the bowls of my own and of my students have broken.

I’m so glad to be here learning so much great new info! I never would have thought there would be any safety issues really so this is so helpful! One of my cats likes to curl up between my knees when I play…. I for sure would never have thought there was a risk there…. Thank you once again for such valuable information!
