There is no BEST cold email tool... but this comes close.
The 9 QuickMail tools that run my $250k/mo lead gen agency: 1️⃣ Weekly Feedback Every cold emailer knows the pain of testing with most software. The problem? Lack of data collection. QuickMail collects & displays data every week you use it. You can easily find the exact changes that increased or decreased your metrics. 📊 2️⃣ Test Emails Every week, QuickMail tests the deliverability of client emails & sends you a report. This lets you check & show clients how things are going at a glance. 3️⃣ Forecast QuickMail's Forecast tool calculates how your campaign will perform. It allows you to adjust the success rate at each step to see the end result—revenue. 💰 This visually shows clients ideal performance in seconds. 4️⃣ Multichannel Outreach QuickMail lets you reach out to prospects through LinkedIn & SMS on top of email. Upload a list of leads, and you can perform a series of actions at scale: - Connection Request - LinkedIn DM - View Profile - Message - Call 📞 This builds more trust with prospects than just using email. 🤝 5️⃣ Deliverability AI In QuickMail, you can set the % threshold for mailbox deliverability. If a mailbox falls below the threshold? QuickMail takes it out of rotation, replaces it with a higher one & warms it back up. 🔄🔥 6️⃣ Better Open Rates Open rates are often unreliable due to Google's tracking. But QuickMail fixes this if your email contains an image. Since images already have code, sneaking in a tracking pixel isn’t too hard. 7️⃣ Team Management QuickMail lets you add teammates & manage permissions, but that’s not all. The real beauty? It records a log of all changes & actions made by each team member. If something breaks, you can find exactly who did it & how to fix it. 🛠️ 8️⃣ AI Management QuickMail’s AI analyzes prospect replies and sorts them into categories like: - Not Interested - Unqualified - Interested Based on this, it moves them into a sub-campaign that responds accordingly. 9️⃣ Client Analytics Clients can monitor analytics via a dashboard, allowing you to highlight the best campaign metrics for each client.

@Terry Chenowith I'm probably older than most here (genXer) My thoughts on tech is... its never as good as you say it is unless you know the context of how and why you are using it. Most SaaS companies think they are the centre of the universe when selling... but the tech is usually an orbiting moon in their eco-system. == I just went to instantly.ai site. - 1 Focusing on sender reputation - Thousands of automated emails to prospects - Generate revenue etc.. All of this is in isolation of : 1. Company/creator positioning. 2. Company/creator marketing strategy. 3. Active outreach / Business Development 4. How good is the content/creative? 5. How long is a typical deal cycle? 2 days / 6 months? == I LOVE Tech... don't get me wrong, but a F1 car is useless in the hands of a learner.

@Ognjen M hmmmm.... Without context there is no context. What exactly am I showing off?
Rejection-proof your cold emails 💪 Cold outreach = Thick skin required 🛡️
I can't believe this dude really reacted like this when someone saw through his cold pitch... (image attached) (Who calls people goons? haha) Yikes, right? If you're doing cold outreach, you gotta have thicker skin than that, because rejection is part of the game, you have to accept it. However… I also understand that enough rejection will take its toll on anyone, even if you have thick skin akin to a battle-worn rhino’s 🦏 But here's the thing: you can dramatically lower your rejection rates, and keep your mental health intact with a few simple guidelines: ✅ Avoid The Obvious Signs-The guy above made it obvious he was about to pitch, and the prospect could smell the pitch coming from a mile away… 1. No fake rapport building ("How's business?")  2. Avoid cliché subject lines ("Quick question")  3. Skip the generic "Hey NAME" opener. Prospects can smell these from a mile away. Be original! ✅ Master the follow-up 80% of sales happen after you follow up, so make sure to email them at least 4 times, and try messaging them on other platforms if they’re reading your emails but aren’t responding. Don't give up after one email. Create a strategic follow-up sequence that adds value at each touch point, and across multiple platforms. Remember persistence is key. ✅ Offer Value Upfront: No one wants to be cold-pitched or even likes to be cold-pitched… just think about it, you most likely don’t have something they want or need, and you’re interrupting their day to try and sell them with that thing they don’t want or need. So lead with something they actually care about. Make them think, "Huh, this might be worth my time." Look, rejection is part of the game. But with these tips, you'll be hearing "yes" a lot more often.

@Adam Vine No... his approach was wrong. This happens to me all day long, but I don't get upset. Salespeople know when they are going to get pitched. I'd rather be poilite and say 'hey I'm not your ICP - BUT, feel free to hit me up in 3 months time). A direct email and pitch is the worst thing you could do. You need to warm up your lead. === I've been in sales for 20 years... nothing changes much. Modern BDR'sSDR's still carry on like door-door salesmen... the door is just online. There is enough information on ANYONE online to build and warm up a prospect before you act like a door-door salesman.
